A little pricey but the food is amazing. I had a strawberry milkshake which was just about average as any milkshake. My parents had a latte and a cappuccino that they both said were nice. The cafe is a little noisy (I visited at 1pm though so fair enough), and the view of the car park is a little chaotic.
Almost all of the staff there is AMAZING! Efficient, nice and just lovely!
I always buy very particular coffee, and on few occasions I noticed that the staff already has my coffee half or even fully ready before I even reach the till 😯🥰... i really feel looked after! 💜.

Ideally located inside of Next, can sit with view over shopping park and Cardiff City Stadium, do some people watching. Nice selection of drinks and snack, toilets located in Next a few feet away
Great coffees. Nice food. Atmosphere isn't great as you're looking over a car park but nice and peaceful watching the world go by🌍
My hot chocolate and caramel cake were lush. However service was very slow, there was only 1 person in front of me and I waited almost 10 minutes to get served. And then my drink was made very slowly and I'm guessing was made wrong as they poured it out and re-made it. The people in the queue behind me left due to the long wait times. A similar thing has happened to me once before

They make lovely lattes and a good choice of syrups if you want them. Friendly staff too I gave 5 stars for food. Although I didn't have food this time I have in the past and it's always been tasty

Great little branch of this chain of coffee shops. Good for people watching if you can get a seat near the window.

Had a soya milk cappuccino and toasted teacake. Staff were friendly and it was busy for a Tuesday morning. There were a few uncleared tables and staff were discussing rotas quite loudly ... Time that could've been spent clearing tables. Covid precautions in place tho and pleasant view...Great for people watching
Lovely place to pop in for a coffee, clean and well staffed. Queues can sometimes be a bit long when busy, but not too bad, and window seats are great. Very convenient as a break from shopping
Lots of different coffee's on offer which are quite strong. Ask for 1 shot if you prefer it weaker. Nero has the best egg sandwiches I have ever tasted. Staff friendly and keep the queues down .
Always nice to stop in for a cuppa and snack, and the staff are always really nice. Only minimal let-down being that table clearance is sometimes a bit slow, so being a small place (inside a Next store) it can be a bit of an issue on occasion. Usually only a couple of baristas on at a time though and with the footfall they get it can't be easy to stay on top of it all day.
If there was room for a tray rack, I (would like to) think most customers might clear after themselves in consideration of other customers. #thinkpositive
