Just had an amazing meal from the chicken shack.
Delivery was quick, driver was polite and friendly and the chicken tasted amazing. Lots of flavour and cooked to perfection. Peri chips and dips are so addictive will defiantly be ordering again.

We had a take away from here. The wings are nice tasty and cooked fresh. The peri peri chicken was good but not the best. They did not take long to prepare these. One important thing the whole chicken and half chicken did not come with any salad or sauces. It would be great to have salad with chicken.

Very well mannered staff...very nice food...fast service...prices are very reasonable too n they are so clean...I haven't seen a take'away that bizzy n that clean in Wales before...the young lad working at the front...hassaan...made me a full peri-peri chicken n it was cooked perfectly n it tasted next level...I give these guys a all round 10-out of-10...i will most definitely b ordering from here again...
Amazing succulent fried chicken and wings and their burgers and wraps are the best in town! Peri peri taste is amazing 😍 You can choose your own heat level from mild to hot😊 chips are nice and crispy too, can’t fault this place at all! Service is fabulous, food is served quickly and is always fresh and hot! Great team working here, Thanks to Sayaam and Maj for serving us, very polite and friendly. Will defo be back soon. 10/10 for the food quality and service 😋☺️👍🏼

- i am very fussy about fried chicken as mostly eat a lot of vegetarian food, but myself and my partner had managed to burn our dinner so decided to order out - the reviews were some of the best in cardiff so thought we'd give it a go as we love peri chicken from nandos
-we had a Variety mix deal - 1/2 peri peri grilled chicken, 6 pieces fried chicken, chicken wings, peri fillet burger, peri fillet wrap, 3 chips and coleslaw (yes we were very hungry) - and i can tell you amazingly we ate the whole thing as it was so dam delicious! The burger was awesome - it is a fillet breast of chicken grilled with peri spice, fresh soft bread bun, red onion, cucumber, tomato & mayo (almost blasphemy but it is actually better than nandos burgers), the fried chicken was crisp, hot, moist with a very very nice lightly spiced non-greasy batter.
We have now ordered from there 3 times and have been very happy each time! Finally somewhere consistent! Yay! We are even ordering tonight.....dribbles......
When in Cardiff, I'm lost without a Chicken Shack meal which happens to be weekly now & I can say in total it's been months. I've had chicken from all over but nothing tastes better than this place. I know it's a small place & many of you don't venture into this place of Cardiff - I'm telling you - it's time to do so. I usually go for the offers which is a full grilled peri peri chicken (HOT) + peri salt chips + drinks etc. It's a great deal & keeps all the fam fed & happy on a Saturday night. It's not all about the chicken either, I've had their quarter & half pounder burgers with cheese - has to be cheese - simply delicious. Well cooked & a nice flavour. Rarely do you get the consistency with outlets like this hence why I'm there at least once a week. Order online using the Chicken Shack app where u get discount. How can you fault this? Top all time favourite places for me!!
Every time I try my favourite spicy chicken wings at Chicken Shack Peri Peri I'm always happy with what I'm served. The staff are always friendly and I get served really quickly, so no complaints with the service. The wings themselves are nice and spicy and always succulent, all-in-all Chicken Shack Peri Peri are worth the 5 star rating I've given them.
The spicy Wings from chicken shacj peri Peri is possibly one of the best in Cardiff but the service can be quite slow specially if you have a large order. I'm not entirely sure how the place is run as I've only been there once

Top class food - sometimes a bit hot for my likeing but at these prices wow look out nandos these guys are just as good. they have another branch in newport also Halal
Best fried chicken in cardiff. Strips are delicious and crispy and I am addicted to the taste of their wings. Worth trying

Can be quite slow when ordering some random items, like the whole chicken but other than that is yummy and always hot.
Lovely food they have choice of fried chicken and grill chicken. Loving the grill chicken prices really good 2 👌🏾
