Amazing service . The cleanest subway I have visited. The staff especially Smita has been so polite and the sandwich was perfectly made exactly how I like it . Will highly recommend it

This is a very busy Subway especially when there is a football match at Cardiff City stadium. This Subway has just been refurbished. There is limited outdoor seating available.

Sneha and Taha from the Subway in Leckwith (Cardiff) store are the best employees I've ever encountered in a Subway, they really go above and beyond with their customer service. They really know how to make an amazing Sub and ensure that everything is done to perfection. I believe promotions should be given to these 2 outstanding individuals, they really are the best representatives of how a Subway team should be and act. They really spark up the place and it's always a pleasure to go into that particular store. 😊

I have visited many many subway restaurants and this one is the cleanest, nicest looking and best kept store i have been to
normally you sit down and the floors are sticky and tables wobbling, walls have chunks missing. but here, none of the above,
My Girlfriend and I went in and it was lovely, open, airy and bright.
The staff were friendly and fast to be served, the drinks station was clean and all the tables were also kept clean.
all of the chairs were neatly tucked away,

The food is always good from this place, just got to say the service was fantastic, turned up 5 minutes before they were closing and the guy who served us was happy to sort me out with some food, top service
We always go there to buy food. Very friendly staff. Especially Rajendra & Sneha. They simply best. Clean and tidy shop.

Some members of staff in a select few stores could do with cheering up a bit and being more welcoming to their customers.
First time trying the mobile app to order, fast service everything was correct that i ordered only downfall was the limited range of crisps offered on the app (only 3-4) with much wider range in branch and i couldnt go back to the page to get my order number so took longer for staff to locate my order for these reasons ive given 4/5 otherwise very enjoyable meal
Clean and tidy when visited in the evening. Only a couple of staff but served as quickly as any standard Subway. Eating in was comfortable enough and quiet. Handy for when you're shopping.
