I really enjoyed the shopping around M&S Simply Food as the prices were decent. I went for a full trolly shopping and the prices are near to Tesco or similar for the Grocieries.

Fantastic service from Rhiannon at the cafe. Loved her! She kept the kids and I sated and everyone in the cafe happy. No dawdling around. Busy and cleaning while there was no queue. She wasn't allowed to accept a tip (I hate that!), hence the review.
Carpark normally a nightmare but brilliant now they have an organised entrance and exit. Store well organised with hand sanitizer and trolley staff diligently sanitise all trolleys before you receive one, excellent floor markings and waiting lines. Served quickly and efficiently , no coffee shop
After a very poor service from m&s online no explanations as to why a item had been delayed, I visited the simply food store on Newport rd where the item was to be collected & spoke to the store manager Lee! Who made no excuses regarding the issues over the delayed order but gave the excellent servi
Easy parking although can sometimes be very slow to get out. Pretty good range of Marks food/wine inc in store bakery and useful range of clothing. Popular cafe with friendly staff.
Popped in to get some bathroom products for Christmas presents. Easier than going into town and the parking is free. Mostly a food store but they do sell some clothes and gifts as well.

They also sell a limited clothing range & have a nice cafe selling sandwiches, cakes & beverages, it would be helpful if the staff smiled a little, but other than that minor detail, nice visit!
Great clean and tidy store, ranges are limited as with most M&S stores. The staff are very helpful. Parking can be difficult here especially at busy times.
So convenient for us to shop. Always a pleasure to walk around and well stocked. Great Staff Tony is so helpful always wants to help.
