Mcdonald's - Cardiff - Photo album

Staff very welcoming and friendly. Ordered breakfast pancakes, unfortunately they forgot to add the syrup and cutlery, double sausage and egg McMuffin x2 and large lattes x2 and an Oasis. Fast service, all food hot and plenty of seating.
Ate out. Service is good for a fast food outlet. Staff are friendly helpful and polite. Easy disabled access. Overall a good on the go food experience
I want to say a massive thank you to Georgia and her manager who helped me after I fell and injured my ankle badly. They helped me up and called 111 and waited with me until my husband arrived to take me to minor injuries unit to get checked out
Typical McDonalds with everything running as it should. Got a nice big mac with fries and a shake (yes, it was working!) which arrived rather promptly. There were some loud kids causing mischief here and there, but kids will be kids :)
Had to clean down own table. No real service as someone just hands you your tray. Burger and chips were fresh and hot

It was also great to be able to remove items from your burger. It was easy to remove the bun and the pickle which

Arrived here around 18:30 on a Sunday, pretty chill place, lots of teenagers, I'd say the place was 2/3 full. The food was brought to my table (you can use the Locators, which is nice. definitely enjoyed this small meal, spent less than a 5£ and I'm full! :) One of the burgers was a little cold thou
It's okay for a McDonald's but I feel like it's always super crowded even when we visit during off peak times. I never had any issues with the orders although most receipt printers are broken, as well as the screen displaying the finished order numbers.
Great cuppa, food ok for a filler, tasty enough for what you pay..
Not a great experience today but the 5 stars are for omi our customer assistant (apologies if the spelling is wrong). The mc flurry machine was out of order but omi said he would sort it for out girls. 30 min later the machine was still offline. Omi could see our girls getting restless and made sure
