Went here tonight for my 6 year old birthday. Food and service was lovely. Asked the waiter to light a birthday cake but he didn't have a light and neither did we. He asked other people but no luck. Off his own back, he went to aldi across the road to get a light. My daughter was really pleased with her cake. Thank you for going the extra mile for my daughter ��

Never write reviews but 3 of us had takeaway pizzas last night and Roxy was fab!! She was lovely and genuine, really personable service.

I went today with my mum and we had a lovely time, we were greeted by Micheal the manager who was friendly and helpful. Micheal was great with mum as she has to carry oxygen around with her and he made sure she was near the salad bar and had somewhere to put her tank. The food was hot and a good selection of pizza's. The salad bar looked and good and everything was full. The manager was going around making sure everyone was happy and had what they wanted and kept the tables clear. Mum and I will definitely be returning soon. :D
Lovely. Just visited with my son for the first time and staff were friendly and all had lovely smiles and chatted with my boy. Lovely evening ☺️
My son had his 9th birthday party there we all had a fab time brilliant hostess gorgeous food the overall experience was A1 no faults would highly recommend a kids pizza party there xx
Got service from John and his team member as well as Jamie in the kitchen. I lost my receipt so couldn't leave a glowing review, but they were extremely accommodating. I was on a first date and extremely nervous, but they were great and it really helped. P.S. we're now a couple... It was a great way to end an awesome date
Pizza hut is the best and the only place to eat American pizza. The restaurant feels so nostalgic and reminds me of my childhood
Went in to pizza hut in Cardiff with my daughter, greeted and sat quickly, was told how to use the mobile app, I had the Buffett, daughter had the melt meal deal, hers was delivered quickly. The pizza was piping hot, and the salad bar was well stocked. Absolutely value for money, would most definitely have another visit
I had a day in Cardiff with my mate and went to Pizza Hut as we love Pizza Hut. The time we went it was only us two in there. We had the buffet and the Margherita was so so good and the pasta. John D is so nice. The whole time we were in there we were talking and he said witch pizza was witch. The food and John was amazing. After when we went to pay we said what happened to the Swansea Mofra Pizza Hut witch is sad because that one was very popular. He said are we from Swansea and we had a very nice conversation. I asked him to write down the pizzas and John’s name on the recipe so I could do this review. I’ll keep coming to this Pizza Hut when I’m in Cardiff and I 100% recommend
Shah was a wonderful host, it was my birthday and we were there as a family. He surprised me with a lovely cheese cake, conjectured by my wife and daughter
Me and my partner had a brilliant time at this pizza hut today. Everyone was super friendly and gave excellent service. We will definitely be returning! Especially since the one in Bristol near me is nowhere near as friendly!
This is an interesting place to see and eat pizza in the UK. It's a buffet pizza. If you're new in the area and from America or Canada; know that buffet pizza hut exists. Food is ok for the most part. It's cheap and easy; for 10£ you can eat pizza till your heart's content.
Neat little Pizza Hut in the basement of the building. It's much smaller than the regular PH restaurants, but it's still big enough to accept a fair number of customers.
Sadly it appears there is no lift, so it's not as accessible as it could be.
The staff are friendly and the food is up to the usual Pizza Hut standard.
Very costly compared with other pizza hut stores. Good atmosphere for dine in with unlimited salads (different items). On take out they are not even providing dip.
This was enjoyable experience seeing the staff all working together especially as it was busy. Even seeing the host Matthew helping out old couple and helping a woman with a pram. Also as I ordered a flatbread I ask if some ingredients could be left off. The chef who made the flatbread made it outstanding.
Amazing customer service from Matt and MarkP. Both were very accommodating throughout our visit. The food was also to a really good quality!

Had an anniversary and birthday celebration with my family.
The front team were a class act, and the kitchen workers were on it. The food was tasty from the unlimited salad bar all the way to the dessert.
The manager there tonight was Liam, he was great. Always checking on us and showed great tenacity and determination in his work.

Booked up in advance. Used tastecard which meant the cheaper main course (lasagne) was free. I had a pizza which was delicious and the free salad bar was a tasty addition.
Whats not to love about a Pizza Hut?? Its a shame to see so little of these resteraunts around South Wales anymore. Great food at competitive prices. Pizza hut are currently my go to.
Had a great time celebrating birthdays and anniversary. Food was excellent and nice temperature. Big shout out to Amy who provided excellent customer service. Facilities were clean and everything was worth the price. Definitely will be visiting again soon 🙂
