Herbivore @ the Embassy Cafe on Saturday and Sundays is a must visit for any vegetarians, vegans or anyone that loves good food. Menu changes weekly, looking to use seasonal, locally produced produce. Small venue so can get busy but definitely worth the wait.
Absolutely fabulous food and service- I went for lunch this Saturday and had the most incredible meal- so much so that I went back for breakfast and lunch on Sunday! Extreme response, yes, but sensible given how good the food was. I'd highly recommend the tempura broccoli, and the pasta wasn't half

One of my favourite places to eat lunch in Cardiff. The food is amazing! I am a meat-eater and the food is all vegatarian but it is so flavoursome and filling. Definitely recommend!
The staff is very friendly. The food is great as well. I'd recommend to anyone who fancies a healthy lunch in a nice and cosy environment. And it helps the local community as well so you'd be doing something great by enjoying great food.

Fantastic community cafe
Made by the community for it. All the profits go to the community centre it is in. Most of the cakes are vegan or vegetarian. The meals and drinks I have had here are fantastic!
Little volunteer staffed café at Cathay's Community Centre, in a welcoming and warm atmosphere. Good coffee and food, and often an irresistible smell of freshly baked cookies!
Great coffee, as a starting point. Then, there's the food. Tasty, tasty, tasty. Never had a bland bite to eat there yet!
