Lovely restaurant, food and cocktails and music were excellent as ever at F&B's. We were welcomed straight away and seated at a table, they brought us over a highchair too for our daughter, without us having to ask. Special thanks to Tori our waitress, who was very efficient and kept us all smiling especially our 1 year old x

Was greeted immediately and sat, drinks order taken and back in no time. Service was great and the waitress was fab with my 6yr old, who can be a bit full on sometimes, kids can't wait to go back�

We went for a wedding anniversary with Groupon 2 course meal for £30. We saved £36 off the total order so amazing value. Lots of choice on the menu and place was clean and friendly. Our waiter Courtney was very nice and it was only her second day there. Chef mat was a legend and made roses with our tomatoes. Top class customer service and top food marks as food was cooked perfectly.
Staff were friendly and service was quid. Food was nice and reasonably priced. (We ate the breakfast menu).
My son has loads of allergies. They have a gluten free and vegan kids menu.
They made his food separately in the oven to avoid cross contamination.

Came today and received great service, was a short wait on food, but not incredibly bad. It was very busy and had a great atmosphere for families, we sent the kids over to the barman who was running back and forth with drinks orders to blow them some balloons up and he did it with no bother, what a true gent! Our waitress was lovely. Food was hot and my milkshake was fantastic, go for the freak shakes!!!
Outstanding customer service this evening, the waiter was brilliant with my toddler, really above and beyond. The food came quickly and was really good! The toilets were also very clean. Fab experience, would choose this branch again.
Me and my family come for breakfast here every Saturday. The service we receive from Leah the waitress is outstanding. She’s always happy to help and makes everyone feel welcome, she is a credit to the staff !! Also the guy who serves the beverages is great, he brings our drinks over without us even ordering and gets it spot on every time !
Visited this Frankie & Benny's for a breakfast and was not disappointed! Ordered a sausage and bacon roll and was probably one of the best rolls I've had. A little expensive, but compared to other restaurants it's definitely still reasonable. The quality of food was very good and it was well presented. Staff were welcoming and I look forward to visiting again soon!
Came here (Newport Road restaurant) with my girlfriend for the start of a date night. We were greeted by a lovely waiter called Chris, who quickly led us to a seat and took our drinks orders. His service was very fast, especially so considering there were 3 large groups in the restaurant already. Nothing was too much trouble and the service was friendly yet quick from start to finish. We look forward to coming back here, great guy and great food.
Very good service. We were served by Chris who couldn't do enough for us. I had four children with me and the food was lovely and service impeccable. The children's menu was also very good value and empty plates all around! Would definitely visit again!
I'd never been to a F&B before, but I was very impressed! Chris, our waiter, couldn't be more helpful and friendly - what a great bloke. We all really enjoyed our meal in this sparkling clean eatery. Can't wait to come again.
Me and my family went here and I can commend them! basically understaffed etc but the waiters were amazing.
My food came wrong but was rectified extremely quickly and the manager whom was my waiter was fantastic and couldn't appologise more.
My kids were waiting for desert but we left mainly because new shift start etc and again no staff hardly there but the manager appologised so much he even gave our kids deserts without charging because we waited so long.
We also went for our childs birthday and again nothing but fantastic service!
Decent food, great choice. Took off a star because my son had a burger trio on our recent visit and the bun was so stale he couldn't bite through it! Sorted out fairly quickly though. Download the app before you visit, there are usually some decent discounts available.
I visited 18-5, I came with my son and his wife and my grandkids, we all had a wonderful time, very quick service, amazing food, my sons steak was cooked perfectly, he said it was beautiful. The kids had pizzas, such a big portion for kids. Very much recommend, shall be returning in the future. Many thanks
My husband and I just got home from having a gorgeous 3 course meal at F&B Newport Rd, Cardiff. The service was outstanding. Food was perfection. No real long wait like there used to be.
The new GM is fantastic at her job & is extremely diligent when it comes to the restaurant guests.
We also love the rebrand.

Come here a few times a year and such a marked improvement in recent times. Sharper menu, better food quality and very helpful and friendly staff. My son has crippling society anxiety and Chloe T was able to get a smile and conversation from him. Whatever you're paying her it isn't enough!
I did notice the prices were slightly higher, but it appears to be in line with the quality and level of service.
