This particular restaurant is new to me as I only heard about this amazing place a few weeks ago but to the locals in the area, it's been the go to for many years! All I can say is I've been missing out! π

This place is an absolute must visit if you live in the area or you are planning a trip to Cardiff!
We basically tried as many dishes as we could possibly eat and I can confirm everything tasted incredible!
All of our starters were were delicious, the Sheek Kebab and the wrap were super tasty but for us the Chicken Chaat and the sweet and spicy chilli chicken was our favourite. Both dishes were so rich in flavor! π
We loved all of the curries we tried, on the milder spectrum the Mango Korma was lush and the butter chicken was lovely and creamy but both dishes had flavor most importantly.
On a spicier note the Chicken Nargis and the Rajasthani Lamb Curry were both insane, both dishes were ridiculously good! The lamb curry just topped it, the lamb was so tender, honestly it was cooked perfectly.
This is an absolute must visit! π
We've always had positive experiences when dining here. The food is top quality, all cooked really fresh. The staff are lovely and very attentive. The restaurant is quieter in the week but has a lovely, bustling feel on the weekend. The prices reflect the quality of the food.
Had a delightful meal here tonight (Mar 2024). My starter, sweet βnβ spicy chilli chicken was sublime. Never had anything like it before. Crisp batter & moist chicken, gorgeous flavour, topped with sesame seeds. Beautiful garlic naan, rice & chicken tikka masala. Met with owner who was lovely. Itβs changed hands & menu has some real gems plus traditional dishes. Thoroughly recommend them & thanks to the lovely staff who were so attentive. 5 stars all round.
Great resturant, with a beautifully varied menu, whether you're eating in or taking away. Staff are always courteous and helpful. When ordering takeaway, there timing predictions are pretty accurate. The food is good quality and reasonable value for money. There are plenty of vegetarian options on the menu. All in all a great place to get food.

I'm single and I come from London. People said it's a bit quite. So what, perfect place to enjoy wine and soul soothing background music and it was quite and perfect :))
I took king prawn starter but it was a lobster π€£ loved the taste and the soul tree wine & background music combination was perfect. I took chicken curry and paratha for main. Loved it too.
Staffing could improve a little but the place and food outweighed everything else. Overall very nice calm and totally authentic feeling. Would go again when I'm in Cardiff.

So much to choose from with lovely, friendly staff to help you choose. Everything was delicious and served with a smile π large portions, probably should have taken half home but it was too good haha, we nearly licked the plates π

Absolutely our favourite Indian restaurant in Cardiff. We donβt live nearby but will happily always travel for a takeaway or to dine in. The food is always fresh, delicious and wonderfully cooked. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. A surprisingly wonderful restaurant. Highly recommended.

Called in as a last minute stop and all i can say is the food was the best Indian food I've tasted in Cardiff. I've been searching for a good Indian restaurant and I've found it. The service was also amazing with friendly waiters who were only too happy to help.
