Always go in for coffee and panini when in Cardiff. lovely atmosphere staff always friendly. If I got my grandson in pushchair we can sit outside.

I can't believe that I have walked past this quaint little gem of a place multiple times and landed up in a big chain coffee shop.
Tucked away in Queens Arcade just under the stairs, on the Hayes Street side of the Mall. This little café exudes charm in the tastefully arranged decor, with just the right mix of cosy corners and tables and chairs to suit every mood.
From the row of delightfully whimsical teapot lampshade hanging from the ceiling to the mouthwatering selection of cakes.
This has become my new favourite place to hang out with my friends
Good food, pretty clean sauce bottles were a bit dunged up needed a wipe. Staff were very nice and friendly. The prices were moderate but worth it for a nice quiet cup of tea and a sandwich :)
Lovely coffee shop with a good selection of snacks and drinks. Coffee was well made, served nicely hot and tasted lovely. Toast was very nice, served already buttered and cut. Service was friendly and efficient and the shop was tastefully furnished and very clean.
Welcoming spacious very clean crockery spotless.....good service very reasonable prices. Tucked away good access to free wifi...pleasant not overcrowded...excellent decor. Definitely return. Can highly recommend. I used to go Nero ....stopped after they have got scruffy this place beats the big chains anyway for service price and cleanliness.

Great food at a reasonable price. I'm glad the tea was fair trade. When I ordered a tuna jacket potato there was an option of sweetcorn or red onions, when I asked if I could pay more for both the women at the till rudely told me that I could only have one
Was very quiet here on a Monday afternoon. Friendly and courteous staff, tasty shortbread and good cuppas. And I really like the quirky teapot lights.
Must be one of the nicest places to eat . Staff were lovely. Food was too. Nice cuppa. Makes such a difference when you go into a restaurant and are made very welcome.
Really tasty food! The bread was super soft and the sandwich was filled perfectly. The milkshakes are also really nice. Felt really safe too.
WE always use on match days as the staff are friendly and helpful and the range of lunchtime offerings never fail to hit the spot. My baked potato was so good.
