First time trying, and the food was delicious and above expectations. Staff were kind and professional. They catered for allergies and spoke through each step. I felt confident with their knowledge. I'd definitely recommend this place. The food was great, and customer service was brilliant.

I really enjoy this place. Burritos aren't as popular as fried chicken but everyone has their preferences and mine is for a delicious Burrito! The staff stick to the system and you get a consistent burrito experience every time. They have something for everyone and I will be returning again.
A new one for us as we were visiting Cardiff, wanted a quick bite to eat. Due to the time of year and day, it was busy but we managed to get a table and served in a timely manner. Burritos were great I had pulled pork, very tasty and filling. Also tried some cheesy chips.
Visited this branch yesterday for a late lunch and was very impressed, I had a classic burrito with This isn’t chicken which was so delicious and the customer service was fantastic- Medi, Liv and Mickey were so friendly and James in the kitchen made this meal super delicious.

Fantastic meal for my son and I. Churros for desert was the icing on the cake. Excellent service from the friendly staff who even slowed us to sample some of the sauces before we ordered. Yasmin was an absolute star !!

The person who served us was a legend! Really lovely person, very polite and cool. I didn’t get his name, he’s a pretty tall guy (if that helps lol?) and deserves lots praise for sure! An asset to the store. Not to mention our food was very filling and tasty.
