The CAFE NERO at Unit 5/6, Capitol Shopping Centre, Cardiff CF10 2HQ
has a nice friendly quality service.
One particular member of there staff team always puts a great effort to make me feel welcome and relaxed on every visit to this place.
The gentlemens name whom is the Assistant Manager is called "DAMIEN".
Due to having Asperger's I sometimes struggle in crowds and maby feel a bit of Anxiety when I am in one.
However no matter how big the crowd is in this CAFE NERO as long as the Assistant Manager "DAMIEN" is there then I never get effected.
So this gentleman deserves a big thank you from head office for providing high professional service to all customers but also knows how to show it on a level that can even help someone who has a mental health condition.
I feel the Assistant manager "DAMIEN" at this CAFE NERO deserves a pay rise for all his contributions for CAFE NERO, been able to show good quality service and even have the skill level to show great support for people like myself.

This is a great place to have breakfast and start the day. The coffee is very good and the warm snacks are delicious too! The staff is friendly and helpful. The furnishings are very cozy and invite you to relax.
Nice people here. Nice coffee here. Re assuringly expensive and a relaxing place to watch Cardiffians walk by. Another day another visit. Nothing has changed... which is good.
Great coffee though service was slow when I visited
Clean cool swarve and slick. All the things I want in a coffee shop. Reasonable prices. Coffee is delish. One of the best in the high street. And I am a coffee maniac.
Best one in city centre. Spacious, well run, clean, good food selection and friendly staff.
Stopped for a cappuccino half way through the Christmas shopping...Great coffee and service...lovely comfy sofas ..warm and inviting atmosphere
Charming and quiet. Full of festive feelings and there Gingerbread latte is fabulous

This place is one of the best coffee shops I have been to the staff are always helpful & great drinks are always on point and prices and rewards incentives are the best (if you download their app then after 9 stamps you can get a free coffee voucher that you don’t have to use straight away and can save as much as a years time then you can build up your vouchers and they store up so you can use when you want to plus you get a extra stamp for bringing your own cup so this fills your card quicker) so this keeps you coming back as my phone network allows me to have a free coffee here once a week most weeks a really can’t complain it truly does give Starbucks & Costa a run for their money even though I am a Starbucks fan as well I admit the value for money at this coffee shop is much better where as with Starbucks you have to buy at least 14 cups of coffee on you gift card to get a free coffee voucher that you have to use quickly otherwise you will lose that voucher. I do wish they had more drive through Cafe Neros.
