Lovely hotel with and equally lovely staff. Had the pleasure to stay here one night but would've happily stayed longer. The location is amazing and the price is honestly a steal. I've payed more for hostels than this hotel! The rooms may be a bit dated but everything is clean and well taken care of.
Stayed here for two nights and it was excellent. The staff were kind, the building was super secure too.
The room was very quaint and dated as people say but I definitely think it's part of the charm. The bed was comfy, they supplied tea and coffee and the shower was very good! I loved staying here,
Room was a bit tired, some mould round the window for example. Bed was okay, the mattresses could do with being replacing. The staff were absolutely lovely. For the price, in such a good location, you can't really beat it! The bath was also lovely to have after a long day (and VERY hot)
This is the only hotel I ever stay in in Cardiff!

Great location in the centre of the city, only a short walk from the coaches. Room was a great value considering the location, bed was comfortable and staff were friendly to me. Best part of the room was the size of the bath. Would consider staying again.
I stayed at this hotel with my daughter and it was great! We got to check in early because our room was ready. The receptionist, Anne Marie, was really nice. The hotel was very clean and my room ( 100) was comfy. The bed sheets felt fresh and clean. I definitely recommend staying here!
