Great place. Food looked amazing! We only had drinks. My son ordered a smoothie which he really didn't like, way too much melon. The staff were great and exchanged it for something else free of charge. Great service. Hope people still support this place after the Dr Who experience shuts down.

Just passing and dropped in - lovely coffee in quirky surroundings-friendly staff. Left with two salad bowls- that they only started selling today- which were delicious. When in Cardiff again will definitely go again.

Great place, great food, great people, and great company too. My only negative would be that I expect proper metal cutlery for the prices. Plastic cutlery sucks and just doesn't work for me. Better recycling of rubbish would be nice as well. Apart from that, great. Will definitely make it a destination once a week at least.

Lovely spot at Cardiff Bay. Magical views as it’s all glass. Staff not very friendly if you don’t know how it works. It was our first time so we sort of stood there trying to figure out if we would be seated or not. The guy at the counter kept organizing stuff without looking up to make eye contact. I had to go up to him finally and ask and then we sat. The food was delicious once we got past that.

Lovely location overlooking the bay. Dog friendly too. We just had drinks. It was a really busy, sunny day, and so sadly had run out of lots of the non alcoholic options on the menu. I was a bit grumpy about it but the staff were really lovely and apologetic, with great customer service.

Understandably super popular (esp. on a sunny, summer weekend for breakfast / brunch), you can wait a while for a table. A lovely setting over the water with good brunch options. Service can be very slow and some of them a bit snappy when they're busy.

(Translated by Google) The location in a glass pavilion on a small pier is of course first class. Does the restaurant keep what the location promises? Essentially yes. The menu offers burgers, sandwiches, fries and the like that are not too expensive and of absolutely good quality. The staff is very friendly and quick, you can really go there.

My partner and I ordered coffees to go and they were lovely. Definitely get what you pay for. And thankfully the coffee wasn't scorching hot, so we could have our drinks straight away!

Pretty busy on a Sat morning. Seating upstairs, inside and outdoors. Lots of staff. Full meals if you want. I just had coffee and cinnamon roll. It was good, and prices are standard.

Great view both inside and outside especially enjoyable on a sunny day. There’s a long queue to order, despite an ordering machine which doesn’t seem to really help. You need to order at the bar (or the machine) which really seems to slow down the process. Some items were out of stock and the orders are often coming on plastic/card cutlery and dishes instead of something you’d find in a real place

Fantastic breakfast (the Traditional), not the cheapest but well worth it. Nice hot coffee too, friendly service, and great views of the harbour. Very glad my wife persuaded me to come here instead of the Spoons :)

My regular place of choice, including breakfast on Sundays. The smashed avocado with poached egg on sourdough with a side of mushrooms is just the ticket. They also do an awesome bacon bap. The cappuccino is good.

It was -4 earlier this December when we goes to Coffi Mermaid. Amazing location with panoramic views across Cardiff Bay. Confusing distinction between sitting upstairs and downstairs or outside. Homemade pastries are great as was the hot drinks perfect too. However service was slow..

This place was a great find, with fabulous views of the bay. The veggie wraps were great - particularly the falafel one. The only negative was the insistance - when ordering via the app - to add a tip, before even being served. Very odd.
