Pretty good coffee. Good matcha and golden latte. There are lots of places to sit and a nice sunny area out the back. I just wish they had almond milk - they have oat, coconut and soy!
A very sweet coffee place in Cardiff. I enjoyed my coke and lotus biscoff cheesecake. The staff there are very friendly, polite, and helpful. I'd recommend coming here!

This is a nice branch of Coffee #1 with lots of seating over two floors and a conservatory to the rear that's beautifully light, if a little warm. This branch also has a small patio with four tables that are great for sunny days and less likely to be fully of people smoking than the Albany Road bran

Little disappointed on iced latte and frappe which tasted weak. Clean. Little cooler in the front of premises. Back end absolutely boiling hot as a conservatory with glass roof. High chairs could be cleaner.
Great coffee shop, part of a small local chain in Wales & South West. This branch is lovely, friendly, and has a great selection of sweet treats in particular. I often take my dog in too and she is welcome, and happy. Great for a coffee to go or a sit in (especially upstairs)
I love a good old coffee 1! Love the rustic look I guess... staff are always friendly and welcoming no matter what time of day you head in. Nothing worse when you see staff changing their attitudes because they've been in work for 6 hours.. but not here :) nice coffee also :)

Always good service and great quality teas and coffees. The tea cake is huge! All Covid rules being adhered to which always gives you piece of mind. A customer was asked to move by a member of staff because she had inadvertently sat too close to our table. Spot on Coffee #1 team.
Always enjoy my visits to Coffee #1. Has an independent feel to it (despite being a franchise/chain I think) Only very minor critique, the table I was using was a bit wobbly and sticky (sorted with a DIY handy wetwipe and folded napkin as could see the staff were working their socks off ☺️)
Been coming here since it opened so have seen alot of staff come and go but each time replaced by as friendly as the last, some of staff love my dog needless to say I can't walk past without being dragged in by him only because he gets whipped cream in a cup.
Very nice little spot to enjoy an ice coffee and a nutty caramel biscuit alone or with friends. Pleasant atmosphere. Nice choice of gluten free products and plenty of other pastry options. I enjoyed the coffee taste chart on the wall. Very interesting.
