Daniels service was outstanding polite and warm welcoming.
All the staff are friendly and polite.
I had 3 evenings here and no complaint.
Staff are an asset to the company.
Always a favourite with our fam. Reasonably priced tasty food and super friendly staff who can't do enough for you and go out of their way to ensure you have a good experience. Lovely vegan options too (the cheese pie and the cauliflower bites) winner!
Travelling back home via a visit to Cardiff decided to stop for a breakfast. The server Stacey was friendly helpfull and chatty asking several times if everything was OK. The food breakfast experience was as expected we have used several locations. Plenty of choice of food and drink. Ty for the park
Used as staying in the Premier Inn next door and although dinner was as expected and normal Brewers Fayre, we were really impressed with Breakfast. Having stayed in a fair few hotels with work, the breakfast was one of the better ones I've had.
Had a well valued 3 course meal this evening with the wife. The gentleman serving was incredibly attentive and polite. Overall a very nice experience.
Brewers Fayres can be abit hit n miss.But this one for our evening meal and breakfast the following morning was excellent. Staff and food on both occasions could not be faulted. We could not have been better looked after had we been in the Savoy Grill. Many thanks to the young manager and her team.

They were fully booked - but it was still nice and quiet- no music blasting- will definitely go back!
Quiet when we visited. Went with a friend and a few of our children for a catch up and exchange gifts. Food was tasty and fairly priced. 😋

Staff are always pleasant .and always a good atmosphere in there.
Couldn’t eat there, snack was going to take 45 mins minimum to deliver. Place was packed, obviously very popular for all the best reasons.
