Buffalo has a fantastic atmosphere, cool decor with great music, the bar offers a huge selection of cocktails and ample food options to satisfy your hunger. I liked the fact that you could order gluten free meals. The food is beautifully presented, with a selection of foods from vegetarian to mighty meat feasts whatever your food preference buffalo has enough choices to satisfy everyone. Staff are very friendly and provided a good service. If you enjoy trendy surrounding and a comfortable place to relax in the day time I highly recommend a visit to buffalo.
We wanted somewhere nice to go for our house mates birthday. We didn't book in advance however the staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. We weren't bothered if we couldn't get a big table as we hadn't booked but the staff put tables together for us. We all ordered a range of their burgers and we all loved them, food was piping hot, super tasty, portions are massive and it came out quickly. The cocktails we had were also amazing! Great atmosphere, good value for money. Highly recommend! Thankyou!
Been going here now off and on over the last 2 years been there for food and drinks and a few gigs upstairs never had a bad experience and everyone so friendly and chatty thanks to all the staff a cracking bar cheers ���
Honestly some of the best nachos is Cardiff! The dude on the bar today is awesome! And the drinks are so responsibly priced! One of my favourite Venues in the city! Kudos

Whenever I visit Cardiff I always make sure to stop in at Buffalo - it's been amazing to watch it grow over the years. This week was no exception, having not been for a good 6 - 9 months I was greeted with the same friendly welcome as ever. One of the best drink selections in the city coupled with an ever evolving playlist make Buffalo one of my favourite bars in the City. Thank you and please keep on doing what your doing!

Lovely bar just off the high street (Queen Street). Offers wide selection of high quality cocktails and craft beers until early morning. Open 7 days/nights a week the venue also hosts various music events over the weekend and live band performances. During the day one can take advantage of the food offerings such as a selection of burgers with locally sourced meats.
Great, fun nights out with a largely student crowd. The best part is the pleasant beer garden which is a perfect quiet spot in the middle of the city. Toilets are down a skinny flight of stairs so not the best place if you have mobility issues

Great place. It's a really busy hidden away gem of Cardiff that regardless of the crowd that's in their it's always a good night in their.
So it's quite small but don't let that swayed you from your stay because the well lit and well heated beer garden is massive and very accommodating.
The alcoholic beverages here are great and very creative, you should check out the cocktails first before you move to the tasty and unusual spirits.
Although every time I've been here I've enjoyed it. I'd avoid rave night which is in the upstairs venue.
But yeah go check it out. Go have fun.
Very trendy Angeles good bar/pub. Nice selection of beers and spirits. Very popular with locals. Evenings offer live music and on weekends you need to pay to get in. Staff is polite and professional. I would recommend a visit as it has been on Cardiff scene for a while now.
Has a great creatively modern and laid back style. Great selection of spirits, the cocktail menu is superb, the food is delicious, and you can't hate a great 2-4-1 evening cocktail deal. If you are feeling brave, start your night with a Tiki Fire shot.

Decent smoking area and nice selection of spirits and beers. Cocktails were pretty underwhelming but decent value on happy hour.

Lovely spot: good music and liked the smoking area even though I'm not a smoker! Cocktail prices are a bit steep though and though they have a 2-for-1 offer, it's only 2-for-1 on the same cocktail.
Menu not as good as it used to be and they don't do their delicious home made sauces anymore, but still very good for food. Great hang out place and good beer garden too (if you can get a seat - gets busy in sunny weather).
My go-to places. Deals deals deals for days! The food is reasonably delicious. the drinks are reasonably big. the space is reasonably populated. perfect spot for after-work drinks or start for a cheeky night in town.
Amazing food and cocktails on every visit! Perfect venue for all occasions, whether for lunch/brunch, evening meal, after work drinks or celebratory cocktails. Long Island Ice Tea is my tipple of choice!
Buffalo is great for the buy one get one free cocktails and for if you fancy dressing up and playing posh. Be warned some of the student night's will make you feel old of you don't live in halls anymore. The staff can sometimes be a bit grumpy and moody but then so would you if you had to keep making 6 espresso martinis every 5 minutes.
I had a burger (The Works), a pint and a G&T. I enjoyed the handmade sauces. The service was great. The beer garden is great. I liked it there and I will definitely go again
Bump and grind is the best. Dance floor upstairs and beer garden and lounge downstairs. Monday night's, would recommend for ages 18 to 26 ish. Drinks arent too expensive and bar service is pretty quick
Great friendly atmosphere and staff with good food and AMAZING (and cheap) cocktails! The inside has just had a renovation and the place is welcoming and funky while you've got to love a place that has good live music and or DJs!!
Love it. Unique, cool atmosphere, genuinely nice venue for a chilled drink. I don't find it overly hipster. Solid choice for a weeknight or weekend drink.
