Attended the preview evening and was pleased to see the changes that had been made. More space, great decor, good pub menu. Just what whitchurch needs. There is plenty of choice to eat, all the great pub classics and a few surprises. Food was tasty and good value. Staff were friendly and helpful, everything you need from a local. Loved the photos of the area on display too. Thanks Ben and staff!
Hired out the fuction area for a family birthday and everyone had such a good time! Food was delicious and staff attentive. Family friendly and would definitely recommend �
Family had meal there last night and very impressed with the refurbishment. Feels modern but cosy still retaining the friendly local vibe. Menu is varied with lots to deliberate over... took us ages to make up our minds. Lovely food and the sharing desert plate finished us off. I can't wait to go back and will definately be returning before Christmas. Thanks to Ben and staff for making it a lovely evening.
