A lovely place for an afternoon tea or lunch, always welcomed with a smile. Quickly became our favorite neighborhood spot in Cardiff, I'm sure we'll be back again very soon!

Really nice garden area, the food is lovely but they need more staff because you can tell they are under a lot of pressure and barely can keep up. They try their best to be honest. It’s the second time I’ve been here and it’s certainly much better but still needs some improvements staff wise. It’s either staff to be better trained or to have more people around.
It would be nice to have the heater on outside (we didn’t know how to switch it on), and possibly they don’t switch it on in the afternoon but there weren’t any seats inside.

As a family we love coming here. My mum is unsteady on her feet and everyone looks after her. The staff are so friendly and thoughtful and the drinks and food are all exactly what you'd hope.

Excellent experience today for a Walking Group of 10 retirees - phoned ahead to reserve a garden table, great selection of light lunches & coffees, delivered in good time. Plenty of seating - either outside at the front or rear garden, or inside. All enjoyed it ✅
There every week at 1ish. Excellent in all fields can't fault it. Might have to wait bit no worries food is alway good hot and tasty.
Lovely coffee shop, food was lovely as was coffee and cake. Only negative and can be improved was using paper plates and paper coffee cups even when eating in. Not ideal for the environment as I don’t think these paper cups can be recycled. Not sure reasons but hopefully only temporary and the carbon footprint can be reduced on this lovely place soon!
Lovely day out with nan around roath park. Topped off with a scrumptious panini and latte. Staff were very friendly and made our day by taking this photo 💞

My friend and I both ordered the carrot cake. He was very impressed. One of the best he has ever eaten. I couldn't disagree. Beautifully light and moist. I can see why it is advertised as a "dreamy carrot cake." Enjoyed the lattes. Lovely staff. Always welcoming.
Always happy to go here its like my local for coffee or a light lunch, cakes are brilliant too! And its dog friendly, the new outdoor heated seating is a nice touch as well
Lovely coffee. Only negative is that it's so cold in there. No heaters that I could see. Same temperature when yiu walk in as outside. Other than that nice
The Coffee Plus is the nicest and friendliest cafe I have had the pleasure of being able to visit. Its dog friendly too .
