Went for New Years Eve. 10 of us. We did have to wait a while for our orders to be taken. But they were very busy. Once the orders were taken the food arrived quite quickly. It was definitely worth waiting for! Everybody enjoyed their meal and all had a lovely service from the waiters. Looking forward to going back again.

We love it here. Don't get to visit the restaurant much these days but still enjoy a takeaway from there. The owner is fab! And the food is very tasty - my favourite Indian!

A very welcoming restaurant the team couldn't have been better. Service was great. Food fresh and hot. The chicken tikka starter is a must. Biryani was delicious. Marked 4 out of 5 for food only because the salad could have been better. Naan bread were really good. Worth a visit and good value for money
Went to Star of Wales a few days ago. No booking, but we timed it before their evening rush. Seated straight away.
I wouldn't count on this happening, though. They are a popular restaurant, best to book ahead.
Food was fantastic, as always. The staff are all really friendly. We've never had a bad experience here.
Coming home to visit, the Star of Wales is always top of my list of restaurants - and never lets me down.

Absolutely loved every dish. The service was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble. The food was so delicious. I loved the way the menu informs you of the allergies from the onset. The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. I was so full afterwards I had to have a little power walk to burn some calories. I had enough for lunch the next day. Definitely eat here again on my next visit

This place was AMAZING. Not only was the food delicious, the employees were delightful and very generous. The atmosphere is great, which makes eating there an experience that isn’t just about the food. Dill especially was very friendly and we had great conversation. The staff here goes above and beyond to treat you like family. Highly, highly recommend.

1st time ever going there tonight for my birthday meal and I must I will most definitely be going again. The food was amazing and the staff treat you great. The boss was talking to us and he memorises everyone that goes there. Highly recommend going here.
