We have previously been for breakfast here when visiting family in Cardiff and returned this time round, the breakfast was so good we ate two mornings in a row, the French toast is devine and eggs benedict was awesome, the second day was our 6 year old daughters birthday and she had chocolate chip pancakes which were honestly out of this world i seriously recommend them, and the lovely staff also gave our daughter a complimentary milky way milk shake. Which was so thoughtful and tasted like liquid gold. Made our day, thanks so much. We will be back on our next visit x

I came from Costa Rica few days ago and my daughter and son in law took me to this place and everything was delicious for us. I really liked the British breakfast!!!!
This is by far my favourite place to have brunch in Cardiff!! I'm only living here for a few months so I had originally planned to try as many new places as I can but Cafe 37 won me over right away and I won't go anywhere else. The food is delicious (I highly recommend the eggs benny with smoked salmon!) and their smoothies are just as good. It's pretty cheap, service is fast, and the staff are so so friendly. I will miss this place a lot when I leave!! Please do yourself a favour and check it out!!
Imagine a hotel breakfast buffet. That's the best way I can describe Cafe 37. It's super cheap and you get huge portions but the food itself isn't the best tasting. It's not bad but it definitely won't blow you away. The restaurant itself is very cute ambience was well built with the music and signage on the walls. It's an order at counter type of restaurant from what I gathered so don't bother waiting for table service. The coffee was also the cheapest I've found in Cardiff so far for just £2.5 for a cappuccino. The venue was clean and the food came fast. Don't expect five star quality food but for the price it's definitely worth it. I spent £12.5 on my meal and it was huge.

Excellent value cafe, just note that it's cash only (I don't know if this is temporary or permanent). They will pop your order through first and allow you to go and get cash, easiest is across the road at tesco.
Went with a friend, she had a full builders breakfast for only £5 as it was ordered before 10.30am. I had brioche french toast with strawberries and banana. I asked if I could have some scrambled eggs on the side, no issue. The food was gorgeous, soft and really thick bread full of flavour, topped with icing sugar. Also had a chocolate orange milkshake which was really strong as well and lovely.
Lovely staff in the cafe, great service and very chatty. Happy to help. Seems to be a little hidden gem of a cafe, we'd not visited before. We were actually due to attend a different cafe for breakfast but arrived to find it closed so went here instead which seemed to be a major upgrade anyway we were well pleased with our visit. Loads of variety on the menu, can't wait to go back.
It’s great for what it is:) Saw someone describe it as a hotel breakfast cafe and I think that is very accurate.
Food: yeah okay, nothing to write home about, but you get what you pay for.
Service: friendly staff, pay at counter

We visited today for the first time since reopening.
Excellent food, friendly staff, great service.
A lot more spacious than it used to be, and very clean tables.
Very good value for money, and they accept card payments.
If you liked the old Cafe 37 you will love the new one.
We will definitely be back 🙂
Really enjoyed my meal here. My date and I walked away satisfied with fond thoughts. Delicious french toast. Good bacon, okay pancakes, meh sausage.

Airways a winner coming here for a breakfast. My husband live the Cafe 37 special for only £9.85. I've recently discovered their omellettes. OMG the fluffiest, fullest ever. Good job guys.
