I had an amazing experience the Nando's in Cardiff Bay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was even better! We didn't have to wait very long for our food and the staff were very quick bringing our food to the table. I had the medium butterfly chicken with chips and the food tasted excellent and fresh! For a small Nando's, the atmosphere in the restaurant was very positive and welcoming. I am definitely coming back to this Nando's.
Decided to pop in for a “Cheeky Nando’s” prior to seeing a show at the WMC. It was a gorgeous evening and the restaurant was as busy as expected.
We hadn’t booked a table but were seated at a nice table by the open window almost immediately. We ordered our chicken, and the food was brought to our table very efficiently by a very polite waiter.
The chicken and ordered sides were delicious. In short we were a bit pressed for time and the speed and efficiency of the service was really appreciated.

We were greeted by 2 very friendly staff members who showed us to our table & asked us if we’d been to Nando’s before. Service was fast and efficient ( needed this as had tickets to see a show at 7.30 ) . Food was delicious 😍😍😍, I’m craving my lemon & herb Pitta again already . Staff checked that we were happy with our meals , which is always appreciated. We will definitely be back . Thanks everyone who worked there last night for a first class service x

Small restaurant for a Nando's but the advantage is the food is hot and fresh unlike some larger Nando's in Birmingham we been to. Freindly staff. Would recommend

Just had dinner here, food was good. We ordered 2 mains, 1 drink and 1 dessert. I told the waitress to bring the dessert later, however, we finished the meal and forgot about the dessert, probably the waiters and waitresses were busy so they forgot it too. Can we have the dessert refunded if possible? It was £5.75

Era warmly welcomed me, I asked for a table near a socket if any or they can charge for me. All I need was to pee but the ambiance of the place was 🥰🥰💯💯 so I sat down and had a quick snack- grilled halloumi and butternut quash etc , Era also checked in if google is great and offered a glass of water 🥰 thanks guys - best Nando’s place I’ve been too!
Beautiful location. Ambience is great. Location is easy to spot. As usual food is amazing. We had ordered two chicken grilled wrap and one with pitta. Two kids meal. Huge variety to choose from. Enjoyed eating. Will surely come back for more

Food is standard Nandos - mediocre at best. Chicken was dry - as a result it was very hard. Fries and Corn were good.
If it's only for food, i'd rather skip Nandos anywhere in the world any day.
Cutlery looks well used (probably close to expiry date) - does not inspire confidence in eating with the cutlery.
Well worth the visit for the location and the excellent service provided by the staff.
I love Nando's and often visit their restaurants in other cities, especially for their whole chicken. But during our visit to Cardiff we ordered Chicken burger and the food, as always, was great.
The staff at Nando's Cardiff (Mermaid Quay) were very friendly and welcoming. Although the restaurant was full, we received our order quickly. If the weather is good, I would recommend sitting outdoors as the view is good.
Twice in 5 days, as always the service and food were astounding. Staff were polite and friendly and accommodating to my wife with her back. No.1 all year round.

Service was incredible, couple wrong things came out but Liam (Manager) sorted it out asap. Jayme was also super welcoming and made sure we were okay.

Great food and great staff. Food was on my table within 5 minutes. A little cold if you sit near the door but that's just the weather and not much the restaurant can do. This place is a fairly small Nando's but is very bright and modern.
