The restraunt was clean and welcoming, the staff were on point regarding allergies.
The starter of mini beef ravioli was delicious, and the main was tasty and well presented (not too over filling that I couldn't fit in desert) the desert of biscof cheesecake was a delight.

Friend had a gender reveal party held today, service was excellent and food was amazing. The server we had (didn't catch a name but female with glasses) was fab and so were the rest of the staff - apologies for mixup with who ordered what for food. Overall a very pleasant experience no faults.
Had an excellent meal served by a cheerful girl who helped to make it a good experience. We both had the calzone pizza with salad preceded by a bowl of olives and washed down with a bottle of very nice house white wine. Definitely look out for one of their restaurants elsewhere in the UK.
The staff were really friendly and helpful. Food was great too. The only thing though, my ears were hurting from a birthday bash from the next restaurant. We were placed right next to this shouting and screaming crowd. The restaurant could probably put some barriers in between to dampen the noise.
Lovely place, food was amazing and the waitress was a credit to Prezzo. Very professional, friendly and a great smile. Thank you Grace for making my dinning experience very enjoyable.
The best part of visiting Prezzo was the service. 2 young waiters were so lovely and friendly and made the experience so pleasant. The food was pretty good too, but the service was great.

The fried calamari was perfect!! Will come back again just for that item. Besides that Tiramisu was great too.
Great food and amazing cocktails, problems with seating however as we got an email changing how many people were allowed to actually book from 6 to 2 people, 30 minutes before. Also, one of my friends' food came 10min after everyone else had been served their food.
Came here just before lunch time around 1130 ish as google says that’s what time they open. When trying to enter we were told 1145 which wasn’t too much of a bother. Today seemed really chilly and we wanted to sit inside but was refused as the gentleman had not had chance to look at his reservation
The restaurant is awesome 🤩 . It provides o2 promotion for kids so their food can be free! Great food and service as well.
Good service and good food. Had a pizza that was above average,not with too much oil which was nice…i would put this restaurant on my list for italian food in cardiff.
