This is a very nice restaurant. The food is excellent. The service is very good. I will get the reasons for them losing a star out the way because thus really is a great place. First reason us that outside and online it was promoted that you got two courses for £14.95, sadly when we had sat down and asked about it, we we were told the offer online and outside the restaurant had expired. We did try to find an expiry online but couldn't but we may have missed it. As for outside, remove the sign. The second reason for a star loss was that we were offered bottled water but wanted tap water. This did not arrive until 3 other staff members had been to ask us if we had ordered drinks. Probably an up sell technique. OK so thats why they did not get full stars. Rant over because dispite those 2 things the restaurant is amazing hence I only removed 1 star instead of 2. The food was excellent and the service was very good. The facilities and atmosphere was really good. Tasteful music really made the evening. Clean was an under statement, the place is spotless. Toilets were OK. The dessert, as you can see from the image, was so delicious it was half eaten before I could photograph it. If you get chance give them a visit.

Really pleasant place, quite to talk. Service a bit slow. My friend really liked the food, I liked the dessert (tiramisu, in photo) but not so much the pasta and starter, way too spicy. The pastries looked really good. It feels more like a “coffee and cake” place rather than a restaurant.

Lovely people serving very nice Italian food! Not to mention it's location with a pleasant view to the sea and bay.

Popped in here tonight with my wife. Lovely food. Very good service. Cocktails were very nice too. Much better than the branch in Cardiff. Would definitely visit this restaurant again food was delicious.

I'm fond of a Carluccio's in general, despite it being chain Italian food, it is chain Italian food done well. The food was better than the Carluccio's by the St David's centre. Possibly because this restaurant is less busy. The staff were polite and friendly. Nothing over and above but a pleasant visit.

Of the multitude of Italian chains this one is probably my favourite. The drinks are always nice and personally I like the little deli bit at the front where you can buy ingredients to take home. They do breakfast as well which is pleasant but then there are cheaper places nearby. Still, it's a good 4 stars more than anything.

Lovely Italian place near the water. I had eggplant parmezan which was tasty, but unfortunately a bit undercooked.

Thursday approx 17.45, almost empty, by 19.00 place looked full. Everything looking clean (Inc toilets). Staff very pleasant & attentive. Option of pre 18.00 menu - limited but looked good value, we opted for the a la carte, food & wine good. Typical modern bay type restaurant, open plan, not a romantic venue.

Fantastic food, had such a beautiful meal, had starters, a main and dessert, such a lovely treat. We had booked as we knew it would be busy on the last game of the six nations. Friendly staff and excellent service

Nice place good food We had two sharing platters, which was enough for 8, which was lovely but the veggie one looked nice tbh. The main courses were excellent and the service was nice. Overall the prices are expensive but if you like good Italian food it might be worth it.

A lovely restaurant with good staff. The food choice is very good and the service was wonderful even though everything seemed to be done by the two members of staff on duty.

Really nice and calm staff good location on the bay and very tasty food. Our 8 year old really enjoyed it as well. Her menu was reasonable. Highly recommended.
