My first visit to Milgi today and its already my favourite place in Cardiff. Food is fantastic, such a treat. Staff are lovely, decor is spot on with different areas for different occasions. I sat at a table for the big breakfast dish and it did not disappoint. Also had a cheeky cheesecake for dessert and it was actually phenomenal. So nice to be able to have a treat and not feel guilty afterwards because you know its good raw food Will be a regular!x
Absolutely amazing meal this evening. The menu is varied enough to cater to individual tastes and staff were great, really setting the vibe ;) definitely recommend!

Awesome find! On our way back from a camping holiday on the Gower, we stopped off in Cardiff to see the Bay and try out the plant-based delights recommended at Migli's in Wales Lonely Planet. You didn't disappoint! Cosy, relaxed, hip decor inside, with an amazing yurt at the back and tables in the garden where our little mutt was more than welcome (the waitress brought him some water! Loads of choice on the menu made it hard to choose one thing. A fresh green juice was really welcome after more than a week away from my juicer, whilst the Meadow smoothie also slipped down nicely. The Thai Sweet Potato Burger, roasted potatoes, chickpeas and green beans with satay sauce was magnificent! And my other half demolished the Cajun tofu sandwich and lentil soup. Unfortunately we only had an hour's parking so couldn't sample any of the sweet treats, but had a couple of matcha lattes to go. Please come and open a place in London! Your offerings are original, with excellent flavours and beautifully made. And lovely, friendly service. See you next time we're in Cardiff!
Fantastic meal here last night, everything was gorgeous. The staff was very helpful, and helped us to choose our meals, as we have never had a vegan meal before, and boy was it good . Loved the yurt, Thanks for a lovely evening. Will definitely call in again ��
Had the most delicious meal here as the new menu's come into effect (Thali and Pear & Apple Crumble) and could have chatted away to our server Gemma all night! Will definitely be returning ��

I have been a vegetarian 15 years now and can't believe I didn't know that this little gem was all vegi. Staff are so accommodating, and the food and drinks are delicious! And how can I forget about the amazing carrot cake, YUM! I come here a couple of times a week now.
I am not a vegetarian. The burger was amazing the best I've eaten in a long time, the chocolate torte was lovely with the coconut crust. The ginger Collins was strong! And I can't wait to go back again!!

Disgusted at the thought of eating a meal that doesn't exist of some part of a dead cow.Dragged in by my daughter and forced to sit and eat leaves otherwise she threatened to run away with a rapper. What can I say!!!!! Loved the food and that full I had not quite enough room for my favourite pudding in the world, rhubarb crumble. In the end we shared as I could see the look of desperation for a pudding in her eyes. Definitely go again, loved it. Thanks Milgi.
Amazing food!! My photos don't do it justice. Have taken meat lovers and vegans here and no one has ever been disappointed. Not the cheapest eat but not unreasonable, well worth a visit. I normally get the specials curry which has never let me down. Service always great here too, and amazing selection of drinks to go with the food
We was in the area and heard that this place was good..... And we wasn't disappointed. Book ahead if your thinking of going. The place has a good feel about it and the people are very friendly.
There's plenty to choose from the starters to the desert and if you like the décor you can indulge in buying the plants that are dotted all around.
Great vegetarian and vegan food with exciting and creative dishes! Has gluten free mains options also. Everything tastes fresh and plenty of local beers/ciders. Highly recommended!
Yummy food in my tummy! Got recommended some tasty beer with my meal and the atmosphere is really relaxed with beautiful plants hanging everywhere. I had the Tortilla Snack which was very tasty, well presented and filling! 👍
Always superb, fresh, tasty and a wonderful treat. Exceptional staff too!!Highly recommend! Had eldeflower lemonade and the green burger with sweet potato fried and slaw. Yum!

Amazing place. Lovely decor with all the plants, many of which you can purchase. Great creative tasty food with very good menu. Enjoyed lots of different beers and cocktails which were all vegan. Service was very good with very friendly waiters. Also super chilled yurt out the back with heaters, which was much quieter than the main restaurant. Would not hesitate to come back next time I'm in Cardiff.
Staff and food both excellent and inventive. Good for veggies, vegans and anybody else fancying a change from the norm. We were a table of vegans, vegetarians, and pescetarians. We all said it was one of the best meals out we have ever had. Can't recommend enough.
I've been here for drinks several times, but today I went for food. The drinks are always sublime (cocktails are incredible!), but the food was just scrumptious. I work in a VG café so I know good VG food when I eat it 😍 I had the £7 self serve salad bowl. Really yummy. Filling, and food price. Will go again!
