Myself and family eat at the Italian way every chance we get. Every meal we have had there has been nothing short of excellent. Friendly and welcoming staff with great decor throughout. The food and flavours are to die for. A must visit if your looking for great food in a lovely family run restaurant.

I was meeting two friends here for a meal. I am vegan, they are not, and I didn't want our evening spoiled by me being 'fussy' so I emailed in advance to ask what I could eat. They couldn't have been more accommodating and told me they had vegan cheese � So I was able to order a delicious pizza without having to have the ' I'm a vegan' conversation. The food was delicious and we had a lovely evening in this warm and cosy restaurant. Thank you!

Came here last night for my friends birthday. It was my first visit for which i should hang my head in shame as i live just up the road and have never been here. The food was amazing and the staff where great. I will be back. :)

Got there at 7.30, the place was full and the atmosphere buzzing. Food took a while but worth the wait because it was delicious. Meanwhile, we drank our own fizz and soaked up the atmosphere. Looking forward to our next visit.

I had a wonderful meal and evening at this family-run Italian restaurant. The homemade food was absolutely delicious and the staff were both friendly and attentive. It was very good value for money and there is an option to bring your own wine for a small corkage fee. I'll definitely be returning for another delicious meal!
We love the Italian way, it’s our go to for a reasonably priced date night in Canton! We went here again on Saturday.
It’s a family run restaurant where we are always greeted warmly - the service is great. The atmosphere is always wonderful with larger tables of families and friends celebrating special occasions or couples on dates!
There is a good wine list, but you can also BYO wine or Prosecco (£7 corkage) and definitely order yourself a garlic bread!
This isn’t a fine dining or fancy Italian - it’s homely food which is always fresh and tasty and keeps us coming back!

Food is delicious. King prawns in garlic sauce are amazing. (Gamberonu All Aglio) Desserts are the best especially the Home_ made chocolate Bread pudding with Maraschino Cherries. Staff are friendly, make you feel welcome.

We had a lovely time at the restaurant on Tuesday 13th June 2023. The food was delicious and we will definitely visit again! I had a beautiful pizza and family enjoyed wonderful pizza and pasta! The first time I saw ravioli on the menu and I’ll definitely try that next time I’m back home visiting family in Cardiff!!! ❤️

Such a lovely restaurant! Beautiful decor inside, really lovely atmosphere, the people who work there are absolutely wonderful and made me feel really welcome when I ended up eating there on my own.
The food was fantastic. I got the mussels (they were great) and had the prawn and mushroom linguine special (absolutely amazing).
Really lovely experience and would definitely recommend for a solo meal, date night or group meal!
