The food is very good. The steak was on point . The onion loaf on the side was lovely. The salad, lacked a bit of seasoning, just few drops of balsamic finger.
I think I bit of extra virgin olive oil could have done the trick.
The reduced wine sauce.. was simply flawless.
The steak knife, bit too large and not sharp.
The service: Not great. I waited for maybe 20 minutes before the waitress noticed my plate was empty and I was waiting for the next course. Then, when I asked for dessert menu, she didn’t bring it. Instead, she brought me cream brûlée straight away. She said sorry thought you ordered this! I Said how??! I didn’t even have the menu. She offered to take it back but I said its fine just keep it, I didn’t want to wait again.
( by the way she attended to the table next to me, they finished maybe 10 minutes after me, she went up removed their plates and served the m their next course, somehow, though I was next to them I was invisible to her🫥.

Atmosphere is lovely. - 1 star because the floor in toilet was not clean and sticky
Also an error was made with bill, but the manager apologized and problem got fixed straight away before I even communicated to them!
this is a complement to the staff for their high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Overall, was happy with my experience. happy how the one of the staff handled the mistake with the bill with professionalism. Not happy about the slow service between main and dessert.
Recently had a meal before a show. Our waitress Marcie, really went the extra mile. The day out was a birthday gift for my mum, Marcie was attentitive, friendly and professional. After a conversation stating our day upon deserts my mums dessert came out with the addition of "Happy Birthday" lovely gesture and she really made the experience.
Had the 3 course lunch menu which was excellent value for money. The steak wasn’t great but the starter and deserts were amazing. Service was quick and venue was nice.
Had the butchers board. Fillet and the bone marrow were the standout. Sensational flavours. The mango sorbet bomb to finish was the perfect refreshing way to end.
Waitress was amazingly attentive and friendly, which contributed heavily to the 5* score.
Food was outstanding as always. Our server Emma was kind courteous and very knowledgeable about the cuts of meats and wine. Bubbly attentive and made our afternoon of ordering easy! Credit to your company!
Beautiful absolutely loved it here, the waiter Hugo was absolutely lovely, really friendly felt really comfortable. Made our experience even more so great. Thank you Hugo, best service we have had in a long time at such a lovely place. We will be back soon xx

Everything was fantastic! We were served by Katie and we couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful experience, she was so bubbly and helpful and made our whole experience a 11/10! Food was fantastic and just had a wonderful time!
Had my CNY’s eve dinner here. Great steak and wine, nice decoration and atmosphere. Hugo is excellent and considerate, his service made my dinner! It’ll be even better if the iceberg lettuce could be cut into pieces instead of half before served as a salad.
Food was good - waiter service was slow and from some we didn’t get the service as we expected apart from Angie who was absolutely amazing and attentive. A great credit to your team. Luckily we weren’t in a hurry and welcomed the leisurely pace. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Decor is lovely. We would return
Decent place for a steak, does get really busy, so have to be a bit patient. I have been there twice now for my birthday. Good food, good dessert, refreshing alcohol free drinks. The staff are nice, and helpful.
Toilets need attention, poor hygiene, that's the only issue, needs to be cleaned regularly.
Miller and carter the hayes delivered again. Our server Sophie was fabulous. She was attentive, helpful and when we raised a small issue she sorted it out with professional conduct. Definitely our favourite place to come for a treat.
Food was exceptional as always, we have never had a bad meal.
Went with my mum as it was her birthday, Hugo served us he was amazing and made my mums day bringing out a birthday surprise and hadn’t even asked, such a lovely place and will definitely be coming again and visiting thanks so much Hugo you made our day :)
