My husband and I have just eaten in Bella Italia for the first time and we absolutely loved it. Worth every last penny. We'll definitely be back.
The only downside was the member of staff that we paid our bill with was really rather rude. I was trying to converse with her but she didn't give eye contact or reply. I had money in my hand to leave a tip (even though our waitress had gone home) but after that, I didn't leave the tip.
The vegan burger is very tasty, the staff were nice. It only didnt gain 5* as I paid £2.50 for garlic mushrooms and only a couple of small mushrooms were on the bottom bun (so leave those off) and also the far left hand corner the speaker is not right and we had to move away. Other than that great to see they have vegan options.
Wonderful service. Massive cocktails. Lovely atmosphere. The food was really good. I have the creamy mushroom pasta this time and it was really tasty. I think in the past with Bella it's been hit or miss but this is my first time to the Brewery Quarter. Very impressed, I'll definitely be going again.
My son and I used a Groupon voucher for a 3 meal course at Bella Italia yesterday. We found the decor and ambiance very pleasing. The location is ideal if you're in the area for a spot of shopping or heading to a show or concert at the Motorpoint Arena or St David's Hall. The waitresses worked their socks off and bent over backwards to please us. The food was fresh, flavoursome and tasty. Authentic Italian cuisine. I also enjoyed a delicious Passionfruit Martini, and found the drinks menu to be wide-ranging and very reasonably priced. It's a thumbs up from us.
Was here the other night for dinner, the food was quite good, although took us a long time to get served and for the food to arrive.
Tried their new hazelnut ice coffee and an Italian cider, would have both again.
A really family orientated place during the day. Went with their Tuesday offer of 5 pounds for a main course. Food was really tasty. Service was exceptionally friendly.
Experienced great Italian food here for my dinner. The bald guy (believe is the restaurant manager) is very friendly and nice guy serving you in a very good way. The skewer, soup and spaghetti are good and portion is too big for me as a Malaysian, can't eat too much. The only draw back is their speed is very slow even not many customers. Believe you need patience to dine is such place, thus is very suitable for couple to spend time here :)
The food was delicious, the wine very nice for a house white. Staff friendly and did not rush us. Currently supporting the Blue Light Discounts card so expect we will continue to choose Bella Italia over their competitors whilst that's still the case!
This was my first time there, and the only reason I went was because of a voucher via Wuntu which gave me access to mains and pizzas for £3. Due to my halal restrictions, I went for the Gamberoni pasta, and boy it did not disappoint! The spicy tomato sauce was just perfect, as was the spaghetti! The king prawns could have tasted a bit more (maybe like marinate them or cook them a bit more in the sauce?) but for £3, I can't really complain. In and out of the restaurant in about 30 minutes, I would definitely try again, even at the normal price of this meal.
The place has some charm of a modern pub restaurant style eatery with some Italian themed decor, but selling Italian style food. The pasta dishes were nice and yummy made with fresh pasta. The pizza was good very thin crispy based dough. The starters we had were so, so. Ours seemed to be missing a touch of garlic, but it had an abundance of diced red onion.
