Whilst visiting Cardiff we booked a table for Friday evening upon a friends recommendation. The restaurant is small and has a cosy atmosphere. We were made very welcome upon arrival. The food was amazing. 10 out of 10 to the chef. The service was good and we chatted with the hosts. Will definitely go back again next time we visit Cardiff.

Located in the busy Brewery Quarter just off St Mary Street in the City Centre Small and intimate inside with a lovely atmosphere , a well stocked bar and there is also a comfortable seating area outside Meals are delicious and freshly prepared on site with prices not being over expensive Steaks cooked on a stone are super delicious ! The staff are so friendly and the service is superb This was our first visit and it definitely won't be our last ! A lovely dining experience We highly recommend it

Went before the Wales-France game and booked for the event menu. Absolutely fantastic experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, willing to work around our change in party due to a recent passing. Along with this, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were okay and supported our needs beyond what is expected. The food was delicious but not too big. We had the skewers (which we've had before) the steak that came on a hot plate so you could control how cooked it was, and the build-your-own pizza. Our drinks were in plastic cups but this is to be expected on game day. We recommend this to anyone fancying something authentic in Cardiff both on game day and not. We will be back!

Superb food and drink with shaded outdoor terrace tucked away behind the busy main street. Service was very fast and friendly, food was excellent and beer was cold. Will make this a regular stop during visits to Cardiff

I can't give enough praise to this place, we went on a busy Saturday, we hadn't booked and we had a large pram and needed a high chair, an they could not be more accommodating to us. They constantly made efforts to come and see the children and even entertained them. The food was fantastic, all clearly cooked from fresh and had that real authentic family run restaurant vibe, will be going back for sure.

We recently visited this delightful family run restaurant in the heart of Cardiff. We caught the train there, which was a short walk to the restaurant. The service was fantastic, the staff were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The quality of the food was excellent with the best chicken skewers I have ever had, drizzled in garlic butter. Superb! Also a great variety of deserts, which were really good. We had a fabulous evening and will definitely be going back there again.

I had a really good time, the food was very nice, and the staff were very polite! Even though it was incredibly busy when I came in, they were more than accommodating. The pasta was cooked very nicely and had just the right amount of bite.

Omg as soon as we entered to look at the menu was approached with such a welcome.obviously couldn't resist the opportunity of eating here.ordered the bolognese pizza it was to die for.would highly recommend this option.accompanied by the house wine that just made the meal complete. Staff were so friendly and helpful went above and beyond.im guessing the owner was present who was happy to talk to us.he was tasting new wines and was very knowledgeable .having discussed our interest in wines we were given the opportunity complimence of the owner to taste a very expensive e wine. Ill be honest made me day very kind and definately made my visit one to remember. Will definately return and highly recommend.
