Gareth Bale’s restaurant was a cool spot, but probably not the best spot ever to watch a Wales football match. The place ended up filling up a bit with fans watching the game, but the atmosphere wasn’t super great/passionate. I’m sure that’s partly due to it being a newer spot. I ordered the steak & chips. The steak was good, but wasn’t one to write home about. I did enjoy the chimichurri sauce on the steak and the onions and arugula garnish on the side. The chips were decent and had a nice crisp to them. Ordering the food from the QR code in the table wasn’t super clear and we ended up ordering additional sides (sweet potato fries, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, and the curry dough balls) when we thought we were ordering them in place of the chips. The sides were all good though with the sweet potato fries being my favorite. We got the Oreo Fudge Sunday which was a perfect dessert to share between the 3 us. It was quite good! We tried the 3 “Bale Beers” which were all pretty good! The Bale glasses were a nice touch too! The decor around the place is pretty cool, from the player jerseys to the replica champions league trophy and the boots that he scored the bicycle kick against Liverpool in the champions league final in Cardiff. Pretty special stuff.

This is a solid sports themed bar & grill. Table service is nice and quick, even when the venue is completely full. Food was much better than expected, all the dishes we ordered were great to eat while watching football. Ordering via the QR code was seamless. The only negative was the volume of the venue when full, as it was so loud, it was hard to talk.

This place isn’t underappreciated. “must do” when visiting Cardiff if you are a sports fan! Situated immediately across from the ancient and beautiful part of Castle, 11 bar is a sports fans Paradise. Owned by Gareth Bale it is obviously full of cool sports memorabilia. It was very quiet when we attended midday. The facility is clean, sleek, and plenty of televisions for the sports enthusiast. It takes time to browse all the really neat and varied sports collectibles in the facility. The staff were amazingly friendly, and nothing was an imposition for them. We absolutely plan on going each time we visit Cardiff.

Food and drinks were great however very difficult to order and pay if you don’t do it via their app on each table as one of my party found out

THE place to go to watch any big sporting event! The simplicity of the self-service/scanning system works a treat! The staff are never too far away & happy to help. For a so-called sports bar, the food is superb!! Never had a bad experience visiting Elevens! PLEASE NOTE If you do decide to go, I highly advise booking a table in advance to avoid disappointment.

We took our son for his 10th birthday and a member of staff called Ryan has created a moment that my son will never forget. Ryan was brilliant with everything but what he did for my boy goes above and beyond. Coming to the table with a Gareth Bale signed photo to give him left him emotionally broken with joy. Ryan, we will never forget what you did for our son on his birthday. Bale is Tyler's hero and the only way it could have been any better would be to meet the man himself. We have spent loads on presents for his birthday but this moment from Ryan is priceless. Thank you so much.

Awesome bar. Loads of sport and TV screens, plenty of seating and friendly staff. The food was fantastic especially the pizza I had. One of the best bars we visited on our stag do weekend in Cardiff, I definitely recommend checking it out.

Booked for 13:45PM but arrived a little earlier and was allowed access at 13:30PM as was quiet. The staff were very polite and very helpful. It is a lovely venue with a decent but small selection of food items, I however didn't get a chance to try their alcohol range. We ordered burgers which were lovely (burgers were a little tougher than I'm used too, don't know why), the cajun onion, vegan dirty fries (this was delicious) and also had the chicken goujon kids meal. I have knocked a star off however for some dirty cutlery we had, I was glad I had finger food so didn't need to use them. Would go again 👌

Nice and cosy atmosphere and friendly personnel! modern and clean with plenty of places. Very good choice of beer and beverages. Approachable prices considering the location right in front of the Castle. We chose the place for an event of nearly 30 people. Reduced price for groups for food and drinks helping a lot! Thank you very much for such welcoming! I am definitely recommend the experience as we’re enjoying football FA Cup.😀❤️

Great beer & drinks selection, reasonable prices and a good atmosphere. There was some irony though with the place being a sports bar owned by the great Gareth Bale and yet his match last Saturday for Real Madrid was one of the only games not on a TV in there!

Great sports bar with big screens and a upstairs and downstairs seating areas. With multiple screens and divided areas it allows different sports to be played. The food was decent and a great atmosphere

Once met big man Gazza in this pub. Queue for three hours. Lovely man and got a signed short from the goat Welsh baller. He radiated goat energy. Really big guy and looks like he is partial to a scrap. The greatest of all time.

Went for a late night pay per view evening (wrestling) and was impressed with how well the staff treated everyone. Friendly and efficient all night long. Kitchen was open until very late and reasonably priced food which was tasty and hot. Drinks choice was pretty good, no ipas on draft that eve but tried their own cask ale which wasn’t bad at all. Decent sports bar with plenty of tvs so there aren’t any bad seats in the house.
