This place is not bad, but don’t expect anything extraordinary. I ordered a samosa plate, which was better than the main course. The chicken curry had very little chicken in it, the rice side was twice the size of the curry itself basically. Taste was ok, nothing too special, a bit bland for my taste. The prices are reasonable and service is friendly, so I would recommend this restaurant for a quick bite with friends.

I have never been to such an amazing Indian restaurant. You are encouraged to eat with your hands instead of using cutlery for authenticity. Vegan vegetarian and gluten free options available. Fair price and modest portion size means you can try more without breaking the bank and your belt! Great for a quick snack too which i never thought you could get with Indian food i always had a big bulky evening meal and stuffed myself. Will be back. Highly reccomend!

Bombai food at it's best!, if you are looking for an indian dish that has flavour and depth with spice you have to check out 3b's . We ordered a starter of king prawn curry that was to the top of my spice heat level but actually really tasty! The main dish we ordered two curry's that were in contrast one being a standard chicken curry and the other with more spice and onions, pilau rice and two chapati's that was exceptional ! I would say that the food is clean, service is fast and the staff are very helpful with menu selection. Even other customers from Manchester were also saying how good the food tasted!. We will definitely visit 3B'S again on our next visit to Cardiff, it really is a great dining experience.

Absolutely delicious. Popped here a year ago and keep popping back. Very friendly and excellent prices. Highly recommend! The range of small dishes is excellent for a quick bite, and there are bigger dishes available for a meal. The the chai is absolutely lovely, as is the lassi also.

What a pleasant surprise to find somewhere so unfussy, yet with excellent food. Bwyta Bwyd Bombai (Eating Mumbai Food) does a great job at recreating Street Food in a cafe environment. I had an hour between events and tried this place based on previous comments. I'm really glad I did. Starting with a lovely potato and chickpea curry lightly spiced, and just right for a starter, I went on to the vegetable pulao which came with a lovely spicy chutney and a side of fried chillies - what a delight. Perfect meal to set me up for the day.

Had been here before and happily recommended to friends that I regularly lunch with. We were greeted warmly and sat near the heater so lovely and cosy. The waitress was delightful very friendly and professional and didn't hassle us. She was very helpful made good suggestions and the food was excellent and very reasonable. I would definitely call again and always recommend this place.

Wow! This food was incredible! I had the vegetarian thali with onion bhajis and was blown away. Without a doubt the best Indian I've had in this country. The reviewers calling it overpriced are clearly overlooking all the care, time and fresh ingredients that have been used. Perhaps they have got too used to the cheap, overprocessed greasy unauthenticated (English style) Indian takeaway. In my opinion this is food at its best! Special thank you to the staff as well who were so incredibly lovely going out of their way to come and meet me as a road was closed and I couldn't reach them Thank you, I'll definitely be coming back 🙏😋

Was walking around the castle street and found this nice cozy place. Since it was neither lunch nor dinner time, ordered some light snack. Really liked the lemon chicken wrap I had ordered, tasted very much like home cooked food. Good hospitality from the Indian owner lady. Will visit again to check their lunch menu soon :)

Loved this authentic indian. It's right in the centre of town but was a welcome refuge from the madness of a Saturday night in Cardiff! Lovely service, great food and steaming bombay chai tea. We went on two occasions and had dosas and samosas with chickpea sauce on our first, lunchtime, visit and a lamb and veggie thali the second time. Couldn't fault the food, price or the welcome. It is more of a cafe than a restaurant so pretty informal.

Super awesome food. Offers great Indian street food to either make it quick bites or can give a feel of five course ranging from welcome drinks to starters to mains to desserts. - Authentic Indian street food - Value for money - Quick service - Plenty of options and each has distinct and unique taste - Subtle use of Indian spices
