I thought after looking on Facebook seeing the bad review I would go in and have a try.
Can I just say the staff are so lovely and was so patient with my kids the waffle we had was a banoffee waffle and chocoholic ice cream

We visited after school on Friday for a treat. The lady was lovely and welcoming. Our order consisted of a hot dog - which was delicious and two waffles. One with Nutella and banana - beautiful! And one with bubblegum ice cream and bubblegum millions to top it.

Love it here! Best waffles, milkshakes and icecreams along with friendly staff and reasonable prices! But wish they would get another waffle machine so they can get a family order out altogether.
Amazing would go here all the time. Lovely to with family or to treat yourself. HIGHLY recommended and has alot of Savoury DELICIOUS treats. Definitely go here!!! This place is to die for!!!!!!

Great location on the often snubbed Canvey Island, reasonably priced & nice things to eat & drink... It's a great place to go, also nearby... The beach, paddling pools, kids play area, one or two small ride parks depending on season, a multi screen cinema, bowling... shops... bars... a chippy... it'
