Lovely chips from here today, freshly cooked to perfection. Plenty of them too, just right for my lunch. Polite, friendly staff with a smile. I don't live locally but if I ever need a bag of chips by the sea again I certainly know where to come. Thanks.

I've lived on Canvey Island for 25 years and I've never tasted better fish and chips anywhere else than Louis Fish Bar. Even back when he was at Islanders he was the best.
