Little gem of a eatery for breakfast lunch or quick stop for tea and cakes. Lovely owners who give a warm welcome to their customers in their homely cafe. Very reasonable and delicious food with a 5* hygiene rating you need to check this place out on Canvey up.at he point by the marina

We had an amazing afternoon tea here this afternoon. This was an amazing little find off of the beaten track. The spread was lovely, there was more than enough for the 3 of us - box to take home what we didn't manage to eat - plenty of options for the veggie in our group... 2 pots of tea and 2 coffees for me and friendly staff, it was all very relaxed and all this for £16 per head!

This has recently been taken over and is now called Shell's Tea Room. We stopped for 2 bacon rolls and 2 tea's. £9.00. Well worth a visit.

This is far and away one of my favourite eating places, and also now to restock my hanging baskets. If only it were closer, I would never have to cook my own dinners they're that good. Friendly, and efficient, and at very decent prices. Would thoroughly recommend a visit on a sunny day to relax and enjoy.

Ordered the roast dinner for delivery and it was absolutly fantastic. Great value for money but also ingredients were good, and gravy supplied in a seperate cup so the food was fresh and not soggy. This will be a regular order now
