The building looks a little worn out, but other than that, it's a great Burger King. Staff were friendly and cleaning regularly, and the food came quickly. When I ate my meal, it tasted like normal BK food, great and tasty. I really reccomend this location for anything from wanting a quick snack to having a full meal with your friends.
Fantastic store, staff are friendly, service is fast, food is delicious. The manager Oier went above and beyond!
Sat inside, very quiet for a lunch time, very unusual for Burger King , clean inside. I had the vegan burger, was a hot tasty meal. Service very quick.

I always prefer Burger King's products, and have eaten them all over the world: the US, Southeast Asia, etc. But I stopped going here because of poor experiences with staff not understanding orders, getting it wrong and washing their hands of it. That being said, I had liked one staff in particular here - Liz - who is amazingly good with people. And I have to say I have always preferred BK to the Golden Arches. I went back today and the service was excellent in that there were no hiccups, the order was done quickly, it was hot - all good. Thanks to the line manager, Richard, who is very efficient, and the manager - whose name I do not know but I think he mentioned he originally came from Turkey - who chatted with me while i waited. Cheers.
Plant based burger 🍔 was really very good.
1st time I used a discount code download from the app. Not to long to wait for the food and the fries where nice and hot. Shame the toilet where out of action

The building is a little on the tired side. Could do with a little renovation. But the food is good. Nice tasting burgers, hot crispy fries. Good choice generally of food. Occasional special offers.
I find the upstairs is generally not do busy or noisy. So good to each there. But not always open.
Staff are friendly. Food is usually super quick and modest prices.
UPDATE: As of December 2019 the shop has completely been refurbished. It now has two touch screen ordering panels just as you enter. And further in, a self service drinks station. It is a lot brighter and cleaner feeling. Up upstairs is still the best.
However, there are some problems.
Number one: when you get your food and then try to get your drink, there is nowhere to put your tray of food.
Number two: where they have put the touch screen ordering panels makes it very difficult to get in and out while people are standing there.
Number three: there is now only one place where you can order food over the counter. Which tends to make it a real bottleneck.
Oier was a fantastic chap great service.
Had not had a Burger king for ages so really enjoyed it. The boy at the till was very kind and brought our order to the table for us.
I have taken one point off as the table was dirty. Would have liked the table cleaned especially during these worrying times.
The staff have their hands full as some customers are really sloppy throwing their food on the floor and just walk out ..so good in the staff for keep calm
