Sat upstairs to watch the pride parade. Perfect spot, staff were good and proactive even being very busy with orders. Which in other ways made it very difficult to understand orders. Would have been better with names or a number system.
I would have ordered via the click and collect on the costa app
Probably my most favourite cafe in the UK.
Quick service nice hot chocolate, shame oat milk is charged extra, as Pret do not charge extra, but that didn't really detract too much from the experience, we both had hot chocolate on a trip out shopping.
Went in with my Dad and we both enjoyed our drinks. Plenty of room to move too
The best Costa around. Catherine and her team are always really polite. The place is always clean and they all seem to know what they are doing. Great service.
I was served by Negarin and she was very helpful and greeted me with a lovely smile. She had the order sorted in minutes with everything in place. She made the visit a pleasant one as she has such a lovely manner about her.
Music was personally too loud for my taste as I had gone here to have a few online meetings which was difficult with the music volume. Great coffee. Great customer service. Attentive and professional. Tables were cleared and cleaned regularly. I was here for just over 2 hours. Pleased with the clean
Allways nice hot clean there have lot of food to choose from and toilets down stairs good for every one
Could have been cleaner but it was very busy and staff were rushing like crazy to fulfil orders, so that would probably explain the sticky tables.
For a young woman seemingly holding it together on her own she was very polite and efficient deserves recognition thoroughly enjoyed the experience

Nice, spacious and bright Caffè in a good location. However the code for toilet is a bit weird thing...
