Standard Starbucks really. Apart from one aspect, the service.
I ordered a flat white and a latte, but there were 3 of us. The 3rd person in our party isn't able to drink coffee but wanted to come out for a short walk from a local work place. The server, clearly realised this fact and offered just some water in a cup. Such a simple gesture but made the the 3rd person feel great for the little consideration. Good work sir! Keep it up.

Drinks in Starbucks are always amazing. The snacks are also amazing and tasty. Service was undeniably outstanding and fast. The atmosphere was very nice, but was busy in the morning. Everything was clean.
Good standard Starbucks with the awkward name calling system. Everyone always find new ways of saying my name, I find it funny, today I was simple and went by G.
The Christmas decorations are up, I find it a bit garish. The red signs and cups make me think there's some subliminal messaging going on. Red supposedly makes you hungry and want to buy more, just saying.
Plenty of seating and queues weren't that bad, staff were friendly and cafe was cosy.
This is my favourite place for latte! Others are nice, but the coffee here is good, clean store and welcoming staff! Free parking in Sainsburys car park, too! Can't rate food as not eaten here...yet!!
Food selection is fairly decent, but some more options would be good. Baristas are well trained and make good coffee. My top tip if you like a more mellow coffee is ask for the blonde roast. Sometimes clearing of tables is a bit slow, but mostly good. A nice Starbucks!
Staff are friendly, service is good. It does have it's off days and your order goes out of order and you have to chase. Or lost. But it is very busy so you let it go.
I have been coming here for years and know many members of staff, they are lovely.
My only criticism of this place is that it is very crowded and not overly comfortable. Due to the crowd, I don't tend to 'eat in'.
I can't rate food as didn't buy it.Coffe is the same price as Costa,not that bad taste (you know, taste differs).Very pleasant vibes, fast and polite staff.People with babies -it's very loud there

Attached to the Sainsburys, no onsite toilets in the actual Starbucks, you have to use the Sainsburys ones so if you go there when Sainsburys is closed e.g. Sunday morning, there are no toilet facilities.
