We came across this after googling halal food options at the outlet.
I'm really glad they have opened this place and we absolutely loved it. Great burgers, chicken wings, fries are yummy, portions are great, and their sauces were tasty. We have decided to stop back here on the way back home we loved it that much.
Slim Chicken left a very good first impression. Very busy when we entered, but all tables and floors were spotless. We used the self service kiosks, but we’re served our meals by a friendly staff member. All staff looked happy to be working there and, despite the volume of orders, served us our food very quickly. We were pleasantly surprised.
The food and staff were above and beyond expectations. The chicken was golden and crisp, tantamount proof that the oil the chicken was fried in was fresh, clean and carbon free. There is a great variety of tasty sauce and dips to choose from as well.
Very happy to eat here again whenever we return to the McArthur Glen Mall. It was our first time eating at Slim Chicken, very impressed, thank you for the all round pleasant and speedy, and above all the delicious food!
Very helpful staff,placed order found a table to sit at minutes later the food arrived hot and well presented, enjoyed the chicken with chips and drinks, help your self drinks kitchen roll available on the tables food was lovely and fresh
The honey BBQ burger is the best thing on the menu and well worth trying. The atmosphere in the restaurants doesn't feel quite right, like an American diner but without enough in it to make it feel invested in. Feels like someone value-engineered anything interesting out of it. That said, its ok and worth a visit.

📝: Went at lunchtime and it was busy but every table was cleaned and the staff were extremely polite and welcoming. We were served by Adam who was serving us with a friendly smile and I could tell he was so on the ball with simultaneously ensuring tables were cleared and tills were staffed, very professional hence why I asked his name!
🍔🍗: The food was DELICIOUS!!! I am obsessed with wings anyway and these were as good as it gets for buffalo wings with blue cheese sauce. On par with what you get in the states. Not skimping out on the meat either, because these were some meaty wings! The burgers were so good, the spiced BBQ and the classic with bacon and cheese were both phenomenal. I loved the smoked bacon and cheese, really giving a smoky finish. The chicken itself was juicy on the inside yet crunchy and perfectly fried on the outside. They also have each option as plant based which is great for meatless days or eaters!
I will definitely be back every single time I go to the outlet from now on.

Great first visit found a table first as it was so busy then ordered at the self service machine quick any easy bottomless drinks available and food was bought to the table within 10 minutes i had 10 buffalo wings with Blue Cheese dip and my sister had Spicy BBQ with Ranch also ordered extra dips for 75p meal was £12.50 included chips and garlic bread great value and chicken wings were amazing, definitely visit again! Easy order on the self service till, food came after about 10 minutes could tell the tenders were fresh and the whole meal tasted hot and fresh, the popcorn milkshake was also really really nice!
One of the best checked restaurants ever I tried in England...well done..the taste was so balanced and the chicken was tender...

My wife got the tenders with fries and I got the honey BBQ chicken burger.
Both are great choices just depends if you want tenders or burger. There is also a great selection of sauces to choose from, I recommend the honey BBQ sauce
Very very busy here as always- which is a good sign. Even though the staff were rushed off their feet they took the time to bring me some extra sauces. Food top notch and free toast/garlic bread! Love love love this place
Despite it being very busy the service was very fast. The food was great as always, not greasy and tastes very fresh. There is a huge range of sauces to choose from. A must for fried chicken lovers 👍
Always a but hesitant about eating chicken at new places, even more hesitant when I saw the price. But honestly, don't let that put you off, there's a nice atmosphere about the place, and the food is delicious, chicken was cooked perfectly, the dips were tasty too and the fries were perfectly cooked. I will be returning.
