All branches I have been in have had pleasant staff. Snack food is good particularly sausage rolls. The only complaint I have is that they only do their mincepies for about six weeks.
Nice hot or cold food and drinks with dining in or takeaway option. Make sure u get the sausage roll just as they come out the oven
I love Greggs, but they were out of vegan options at 4pm.
I was coming back home from work and I needed to stop to get some food for some sustenance. I went to Greggs and it was packed full of all the products they had freshly baked. I went for the chicken bake and the sausage roll and picked up a doughnut for my grandad and everything was fantastic. I would highly recommend people visiting this establishment. I am only docking one star from this rating because unless you're in a pinch and want some quick food, this isn't the usual place you would visit.

I hadn't had a Greg's sausage roll since February because of coronavirus, but I had to go into town to take a elderly neighbour so treated us both to a sausage roll. It was wonderful and the shop had great signage and the staff were very friendly. Hopefully if everyone follows the rules it won't be to long before I can visit again
As a recently converted vegetarian I stopped using Gregg's due to a lack of range with their hot food for vegetarians. The cheese and onion pasties are delicious, then came the much publicised vegan roll. Amazing. Tasted better than what I remember their sausage rolls did. Worth 5 stars for that alone. Their bread is nice too
Can get busy but the staff are quick so the wait is not usually that long.

My phone provider O2 has an offer of a free sausage roll on Fridays or Saturdays so that's what I went in for. Very good service.
