We booked a table at The Rag for a family celebration and it was a lovely experience. The staff made us feel welcomed, the service was attentive and the food was excellent. It made for an enjoyable and pleasantly memorable experience for us all. Thank you.

Booked an evening meal for 2 and was not disappointed. Both starters were tasty the goats cheese and red onion tart in filo pastry was delicious and much larger than expected. For mains we both chose steak and ale pie with creamy mash, chips and Al dente veg. The pie was huge and probably the best
we have visited the rag many times its one of our favourite restaurants, so we chose to have my 50th birthday meal here. Our group of 12 were seated in an exclusive area between restaurant and the bar as requested ,food was served in a timely manner and was the usual high standard. All in our group

What a fantastic place. Went here at the spur of the moment and ended up stopping all night.
Staff were very friendly, tent outside with a group playing. There's also an outside bar and a pizza/burger shack.
There were no chavs / trouble at all.
