Decent selection of sandwiches and cakes and drinks. Very accessible. Lifts in store and enough space to move a wheelchair around the cafe makes it a good spot to meet friends. However, the queue moves so slowly! I don't know what it is they're getting wrong but it's a real pain waiting for ages to get served.

We ordered two coffee's. One had to go back as it was a little watery. I spoke to a pleasant lady (Phoebe I think)who kindly re made the coffee and delivered it back to the table. She was very apologetic and kind. The coffee was great so I highly recommend this cafe. Great customer service Phoebe. 🙂

My food options were limited due to allergies and I could see cross contamination with my allergen occurring across products. They were however open regarding risk which makes choice easier. Would have appreciated a couple more soft drink options that weren't shakes /smoothies. Cakes were lovely.

We had a lush pizza and a mixed base salad. Food was excellent as was the service, lovely attentive staff. A bit more expensive than I was expecting but well worth the treat. I would definitely go back!

The best ‘Department Store Cafe’ there is! Ori Cafè offer great service and super tasty food! Me and my partner are regulars on weekends for a bite to eat and a sweet treat! The staff are always extremely welcoming and the food is always very scrumptious!

In-store cafe within John Lewis. Got there before the rush (arrived 12.30) Had to queue up to order food. It all looked very appetising. It arrived very quickly and nicely presented. I ordered slice of veggie pizza with elderberry/pomegranate juice As I was being treated to lunch, I can't comment on the price.

A good addition to John Lewis offering in Cambridge. Nicely set out, comfortable seating and some very nice cakes. Staff helpful and friendly giving some good advice on the casks, and they were not wrong! Yes it is slightly pricey, but then again so is the in-house offering! This is a far better offering

Impossible to get a table on the weekend and for a Tuesday afternoon they only had a couple of free tables. Chai latte was nice.

Best carrot & coriander soup I've tasted, great portion size, lovely & hot temperature too, came with 3 portions of tasty bread & butter, just as I like it! Would definitely recommend. Friendly & attentive staff, visited on a busy Saturday afternoon.

Went here with the family, it's on the first floor (ladies clothing). Different layout and food options compared to the restaurants on the top floor.
