I enjoyed the coconut tea with jelly. It was quite good. I wanted to have the black pearls, but they did not have any left when we arrived on a Sunday afternoon. A lovely service, and we didn't have to wait too much, considering how popular this place is. I guess we were lucky this time.

Very good bubble tea, similar quality to what you can expect to get in Asia. The bubbles are very chewy. Tea has good flavour. Grass jelly is soft. Pudding is spot on.
