This is the best pizza I’ve had outside Italy.
They make it with sour dough, also use top quality ingredients from Italy, like the mozzarella, tomato sauce etc and then bake it in a wood fire oven. The result is absolutely delicious! Their tiramisu is yummy too - we’ve just had one.

They also have a van that travels round the villages. Amazing authentic Neapolitan pizza. 100% worth a try you will not be disappointed

The bass is light and had beautiful air bubbles, the sources was refreshing and lifting and good quality topping.
We were stopped by the smell of the fresh pizza today at La Biga. The pizza was just like the ones you get in Italy and the owners were so friendly and nice. We will definitely come back!
