Experience was exceptional. Our server Karis & Olivia looked after us very well. Even the place was filled with tables, they were not stressed at all. Nice atmosphere. We expected we might not be get into the place, yet Karis greeted us warmly and have recommended nice choice. Will definitely be back!

We had the veggie risotto and pepperoni pizza. The service was very good. The girs are very helpful.
I and my husband order set : starter, main and dessert. £15 per person. For starter we ordered mushrooms with sauce and piece of bread. For main course we ordered bolognese and polloi cacciat it's pasta with chicken and onions. After when we finish eat, they bring very nice dessert chocolate brownie 😊🍫 for drinks we had orange juice and fruit smash moctail 🍹🍸 service was quick and everybody polite and respect each client. 100% recommend and we will definitely come back again ❤️🙏 thank you
What an amazing time I’ve have with my girl here. Highly recommend it. Franco is an amazing person, happy, helpful and very professional. Thanks a lot to all the staff, 5 stars is not enough, Pasta la Pasta!
Upon arriving we were seated almost immediately with no waiting. After a short wait and look through the menu, we finally decided on pasta choices for our meal with a side portion of cheesy garlic bread. The pasta was more amazing than I thought as I usually only have pizza at Bella Italia, however I would definitely decide to eat more pasta from now on.
Being in The Grafton it can get a bit chilly at times, especially during winter or cold windy days if you are close to the entrance, but still a nice meal after a day of shopping or cinema.
The service at the Grafton Bella Italia is really good. We enjoy visiting this venue as we always have a good time. The service is build around a family experience and from the get go this is clear. My kids love colouring and building the Vespa bikes. The food is ready quickly and the flavour is great. We would highly recommend this place!
Delicious carbonara and decent pizza. Desserts were rather hit or miss though. The Sicilian Lemon Cheesecake was the sourest little thing, the Strawberry Panna cotta was great and the cookie was terribly sweet. Overall the service was fabulous and the food was okay.
Had booked to go Bella Italia in Huntingdon, on turning up for my booking, was informed ovens were not working.
Decided to drive to Cambridge Grafton Bella Italia with hopes would be able to get table.
On arrival was met by a very pleasant gentleman who allocated us a table, the service was nice and quick, was not too quick or too slow, waitress was very good.
The experience was very good and made our evening very nice.

I rarely go out these days as I find customer service a massive let down but on this occasion my visit to Bella Italian was the opposite. I was greeted by a lovely young lady who was dressed smartly and greeted us with a welcoming smile once seated and chosen our meals i yet again was delighted with the impeccable delicious food.we where served by two waitresses Olivia and karis whom were friendly and a credit to Bella Italians reputation. Well done girls I only wish this level of service was at every restaurants and shops. I felt it’s important to recognise good service as well as the bad. I will definitely recommend this restaurant to others and will definitely be returning!
Tried the pasta. It was very good. Would definitely go back for another round. Atmosphere is quiet nice and and it's on the first floor, it a bit more quiet. Went on a weekday, so it's generally more calm. Not yet sure about visiting on a weekend as most people are out then and it can get quite busy. Staff is quite friendly as well. Also had a dessert to finish up the meal. It was quite enjoyable. Looking forward to going there another time.
The service was super quick and friendly! Our server Franco was very helpful and explained the drinks we ordered to ensure we’d like them! He was very funny and made us feel very comfortable :)

Really didn't expect such awesome vegan options. The vegan meatballs and the cookie dough are so good. Vegan pizza is a lot like papa John's if you've had it there and cheese isn't too intense.
Gentleman who I think was called Franco served us (22nd June at around 4.30pm) and was amazing and went above and beyond.
