Lovely pub with great bus routes to the centre of town right outside. Campervan overnight parking for free if you have a meal and a few drinks. Lovely staff and good food. Brilliant place to stay over if you have a gig in town.

Fantastic pub. The food was fantastic. We were a party of 8 and we were served promptly. All of our food and drink orders were correct, which is bonus for a large party. Everything we ordered was love
Y. My T bone steak was beautiful. Cooked perfectly for me and the peppercorn and blue cheese sauce was delicious. The setting was lovely and the staff were very attentive. The icebreaker pale ale was also really good.

A real lovely authentic British pub serving amazing food and delivered with smiles and hospitality.
A great menu selection and nicely decorated inside it really is a homely place to go with good old fashioned service where they check on the customers.
Reccomended by a local it was a lovely place to visit.

I go there for mocha and i like it so much.
Veg options are less but hot fries were awesome. I go there for coffee and hot fries only, not for food. Staff is supportive.
I came here with my colleagues. And we say outside in their garden, which was really well kept. Nice atmosphere. I had the beyond burger. Which was really nice. If you've recently become vegan and missing the taste of meat, you will absolutely love the beyond burger, because it tastes exactly like meat, but no need to feel bad, cuz it's one hundred percent plant based. It was well presented with salad and chips. Couldn't recommend enough!!
