Although I’ve lived in the area for many years I had no idea Mo Malik’s it existed.
What a genuine surprise it was to discover and enjoy a meal there.
Firstly, we went there during a week day so it was really quiet but it did mean we could walk in and get a table straight away.
Spotlessly clean and COVID friendly I immediately felt at home when treated by the staff.
It’s not a huge place so don’t expect to be able to do a Christmas party for 50 here. Now the food bit.
WOW, just WOW. The kitchen is Bangladeshi and the dishes and the variety and combinations they offer is superb! The ingredients were so fresh and the best thing for me was the size of their portions. Here’s a restaurant that instead of trying to get away with serving the smallest portions possible and charging you till you bleed they provide single portions that are more than enough for two people and in some cases enough for three. I really enjoyed the meal, friendly staff and the cleanliness of the place. Will definitely be back.
Absolutely lovely little restaurant... what a gem of a find! If you're staying in the local area this place is definitely worth a visit. Fantastic food and great service . Definitely a 5 star experience. Thank you guys ❤

We ordered from Mo Malik’s last night and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of both food and service.
The food arrived fresh and flavors were BANG on. The Bangladesh style beef in particular was a gem. We ordered a few different curries- the meat in all of them was absolutely succulent and the gravies were extremely aromatic & flavorful.
We’d also like to thank the team for the complementary starters and dessert which were truly delicious. And lastly, five stars for the service.
Would definitely recommend and order again!
After hearing good things, I thought id give Mo Malik's a try and super glad I did!
Food was delivered in good time and the delivery driver was super friendly and cheerful!
On recieving the delivery, the food temperature was nice and hot!
My order included a Lamb Rogan Josh and Chicken Korma... Massive portions of meat and both dishes were delicious and of great quality!!!
I don't have curry very often, but I will definitely be ordering my next curry from here!

Eaten here several times over the last few months and the food is consistently delicious and the service friendly and prompt. The menu is innovative with salmon tikka and the goat curry tried and loved! The team at Mo Malik's are incredibly warm and efficient. Will be back very soon!
This has got to be the best curry in Cambridge! We get takeaway from here all the time, the food is delicious, always arrives hot and the portions are generous. The delivery drivers are also really nice! I'd definitely recommend Mo Malik's to everyone.
Very impressed with this place. From first entering restaurant we were a bit unsure as it's very bright and different to previous curry house we've been to.
But the waiter was fantastic straight over with water and chutneys which were full of flavour. Drinks were brought throughout the night. Big praise for the level of service very friendly and polite.
We had the fish curry and jalfresi. I can honestly say it was one of the best fish currys I've ever had. Flavours were so good and presentation spot on. Mrs loved her jalfresi as well.
So glad we found this place and if we are ever back in Cambridge we will return.
Big praise to chef came out for chat at the end, good luck going forward and you definitely deserve success in the future.

Phenomenal food and service.
We chose a good range of dishes from the menu and it was all delicious. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure efficient service. The restaurant itself was also spotless.
So lucky to have this place on our doorstep!
Thanks for providing delicious food and your kind hospitality. Tried almost all the vegetarian dishes in the menu and the pre-launch one too(privileged). Its just awesome as we felt having food from friends home. Though I like them all, Lemon Rice is my favourite due its uniqueness. Never seen the cut lime with rice before.
And the Lassi flavours...really addictive.
Must try Indian restaurant in Cambridge. Highly recommended.
I have ordered from Mo Malik's a few times now and it has easily become my go-to restaurant for Indian food. The food is delicious and the customer service is on another level entirely! I am continuously impressed by the quick delivery and friendly attitude of all team members I have been in touch with.
I accidentally ordered food from here to the wring address. The staff were really kind, helpful and forgiving when I called them. They cooked me up a fresh meal and sent it straight over. I'm so grateful!
The paneer masala and garlic rice were amazing 😍 I would absolutely order again (and double check the address)

The gentleman that served me was very friendly and helpful.
The food was beautiful full of flavour,good size portions and good quality ingredients.

Wow what a find....I am slowly making my way through the menu. The curries are full of flavour and such generous portions. The lamb madras tonight was lovely and tasting and the right kick. My no1 curry house in Cambridge. Keep it up 👍
Ate here as it was close to Premier Inn where we were staying - welcome surprise. First night we had a sublime mixed seafood curry, sounds very ordinary but it wasn't. Lovely flavour that left you wanting to scrape every drop of the sauce off the plate. Other reviews have highlighted just how good these fusion type dishes are. Second night was a large mixed grill of tikka, tandoori and such like. Very tender meat, no chewy bits or gristle. We were advised that only UK Red Tractor approved meats were used, with no artificial colours etc. so don't look for multi coloured dishes. Instead close your eyes and enjoy the flavours. They are just starting dine in service post Covid lockdown measures, so are still gathering speed. Great friendly staff and great food, slightly above mainstream curry house prices, which is a good thing. Defo not your post pub vindaloo and all the better for that. If you are staying in the nearby Premier Inn or Travelodge, a must for a decent evening meal.

Excellent halal food, one of the best in Cambridge.
Highly recommend the beef burgers, as good if not better than London burger places. Mo stack/mushroom swiss are really good.
The naan wraps, especially garlic chilli chicken wrap & tikka naga, are v filling and have a great amount of spice.
The home-cut style chips rival five-guys fries, always get them with a meal.
Overall highly recommended.
I’m so glad Mo Malik’s is back! The food is even better than before I believe there is a new team in the kitchen. Awlad has taken over so the service is amazing! I had the lamb Nihari, the meat was so tender and fell off the bone. I have planned my next order already, the Mo Malik’s Mixed grill platter (for 2) bring on the meat fest
An Indian restaurant that has a refreshing new menu, of which, I have not come across in any other Indian restaurants before. The menu was exciting to say the least, with new flavours, and new ideas that pushed the boundaries of Indian food.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves food.
