But I went there not for the service but rather for a pizza. And this choice of place has turned out to be great! Perhaps I was unusually hungry but it surely was one of the best pizzas I've ever had in my life! (100% seriously)
Ordered a pizza and wings, both arrived slightly before the estimated time which was very welcome, and the delivery driver Esty called me before arriving so collecting the pizza from my door was easy.
It used to be a hit and miss but recently they have been performing perfectly when I collect in person. Correct orders every time, good time, and polite.

No idea why there are so many negative reviews for this branch. The pizzas arrived within 30-40 mins of ordering - they were hot and tasted good!
Fantastic! We had a party and used this place to supply our pizza buffet. Great and efficient service. We placed our order of 22 large pizzas in the morning to be delivered at 8pm at the venue. They kept us informed later in the day. Telling us when they were in the oven and when they had left the place for delivery. They even gave us 4 large pizzas for free and 2 big bottles of drink. A massive thank you Pizza Hut. We will definitely use you again in the future. Highly recommended.

No clue what all these bad reviews are about. Just finished our pizza and it was lovely. I'll admit, it did take just under an hour to receive even though we're also on Mill Lane, however it was piping hot on arrival and looked as nice as it tasted. I don't know if maybe its a time of day/staff thing that differs the food quality this drastically, but I have no regrets with my order. If it IS time, its currently 3pm on Wednesday the 12th June and I'm thoroughly satisfied!
Got 3 large pizzas, two sides and a 1.5l bottle of Pepsi for just over 31 quid!
It also took only 30 mins to deliver. The food was hot and of good quality.
I must admit I was a bit apprehensive after looking at the Google reviews but the service was quick so this means the franchise must be under new and determined management!
Sometimes slow when busy or when I order during rush hour which is understandable but the food is always warm and tasty. I think some of the reviews on here are a bit harsh. I've never really had a problem other than waiting for a wee bit longer for the food to turn up.
When I ordered last week it was only 10 mins late but the driver was kind enough to appologize and explained that they were very busy. Was offered a free side on my next order which was nice.
Excellent food and service. Ordered a pizza and tub of ice cream this evening, and had a lovely and kind gentleman called Ajay deliver my order within 40 minutes of placing the order, he also called beforehand to tell me he was on his way which was really helpful! I will be leaving a review on the Pizza Hut survey aswell but I just wanted to point out how impressed I am with the service on here.
