One can basically find everything here for lunch. From cocked food, to sandwiches and salads. It would upgrade the place if it was also possible to acquire fresh salads.

It's wonderful place for lunch. The coffee is splendid and environment to sit on stream following below sitting of cafe is fantastic. This is nice place to have a gupshup (chitchat) with friends over different topics.

My previous review was 1 star but after the lockdown there has been a change in management or the chef at West cafe and the quality has improved significantly. Definitely recommend the meatball melt!

Great view. Loved the terrace. Confortable chairs. Very spacious and usually not busy. Service and prices OK. Ideal for a sunny day. But the coffee is pretty bad.
Good services, delicious food and friendly staff. I always love the spacious atmosphere especially when I just want to sit around, drink tea and do some work on my laptop. However, I wish the closing time was sometime after 5pm.
Nice sandwiches and a reasonably nice view if you can sit on the balcony or by one of the large windows.
Downsides: it can be noisy, and there can be queues. The coffee isn't amazing. Of course there isn't much choice in West Cambridge, so this café is probably one of the nicer choices.
