I had a fantastic experience at KFC in Cambridge thanks to the exceptional service provided by the hardworking and polite girl at the front counter. The young lady at the front counter of KFC in Cambridge truly stood out with her exceptional service. She greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile, making me feel instantly comfortable. She was incredibly patient and attentive while taking my order, ensuring that I got exactly what I wanted.
Throughout my ordering process she continuously checked in to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Her dedication to maintaining a clean work area was also evident.
What impressed me the most was her willingness to assist other customers with the same level of enthusiasm and efficiency. It's rare to find such dedication and professionalism in fast-food service, and she deserves all the recognition for her hard work.

The shop was 15 min late in morning opening, supposed to open at 11. A queue of people were waiting. The food was hot and delicious. This is the only kfc in Cambridge with free parking.
Came here on the way down south. Just a quick stop for a quick bite.
A sunny day and we had our Bulldog with, so we took a table outside in the picnic area.
It was busy, so ordering took a while, but still fine. Had a combo with two fried chicken burgers, wings and two kinds of chips. Two cokes with that.
We were happy with the standard here. It was nice and hot. Still crispy and crunchy. Felt freshly prepared. Prices fair. All we looked for and all we expected. A nice quick meal. Would stop here again.
Computer self-ordering "checkout" where you're then given an order number. The order number is displayed on a screen by the counter and when it's ready you just go up and collect it. Really easy to use and the food is fresh and good quality.
Didn't expect to give 5 stars to a fast food joint in motorway services. There was a mix-up with the order and they were extremely generous in making amends, no questions asked. Good on you! Food's great too...
I love this service station. It was my first time using it as I stopped to charge my car. They lots are electric charging points which you can use your bank card to pay to charge without downloading the app
Good services, big parking, KFC, McDonald's, Costa, toilets clean and tidy.
There was one staff member named Alisha. Working on her own, on the counter, serving food, taking orders. Over worked staff member , shame on you KFC. Alisha is so good at her job and you treat them like that. Alisha keep it up your doing great !
