A nice tea for two had. Venue was clean & staff friendly. Would definitely go again. Plenty of tables & we didn't have to wait to be seated. We didn't finish everything & they gave us the cakes in a nice box to take home.

We had a lovely afternoon tea here, the sandwiches and cakes were delicious. We also took some cakes home as well, to prolong the experience. The lady that served us was excellent and also the coffee was very good. We would definitely visit here again and look forward to it. Than you.

Tasty hot chocolate, nice a smooth and topped off with cream as an extra. Custard slice very tasty, we also had the baked cheese cake which is maybe more cheesey and sour than we are used to. Nice little restaurant with the option of scan to order and pay.

Had a lovely brunch there. Friendly helpful staff. We ordered online and it went very smoothly. Vegetarian breakfast was very nice. Lovely iced coffee and they didn’t mind putting some oat milk in for me when I asked.

My previous experience of Patisserie Valerie was of burnt scones !!! and bad service . I have to say that reading some of the reviews I was quite concerned about this as it was a gift. Patisserie Valerie you have restored my faith in you !!! We had a lovely afternoon tea endless drinks and the staff could not have been more attentive. As for the filthy toilets and dirty tables that people have complained about, dont you believe it everything spotless !! Thank you Patisserie Valerie for a very pleasant afternoon .

Good to see they are still in business during Covid-19 pandemic. Good hygiene and social distancing measures in place. Had a light lunch with my family during a visit to historic Cambridge.

Went with a friend. We ordered afternoon tea for 2. The service was slow but the staff were genuine enough. I got given unclean cutlery which took ages to be replaced. The mini cakes were delicious but can't say the same about the sandwiches. There were 3 different sandwiches two of each but quite small. The bread was very dry as if they'd been made some while ago. At a price of £36 I cannot say that it was worth it. Quality has declined.

I like this chain of patisseries. They often have an feel of elegance about them and are normally well staffed and provide good food and excellent cakes along with tasty drinks. This one is no exception. It was very pleasant to sit and enjoy a break from the shopping and have a table service which was quick and pleasant. It was tidy when we were there and we had a nice time and will go back.

Had brunch here, in general it was all good. Had a bit of trouble with the app we ordered food through, but not too much. Good sized portions.
